Epic Cutting Stack

eh, kinda sorta. Not really a full week off from everything. I feel like i lose my GAINZZZ haha. i hate breaks. But i plan on taking on late august for a week or 2 and see how i feel. Ive had my hormones checked. everything is fine. i dont get it.

I always had the same issue with breaks but I took both a 4day diet break (ate some donuts and junk but stayed at maint cals) and then a few weeks later took a full 7 days off the gym and it made a huuugeeee difference. Made the last 8weeks or so of my cut so much easier and I feel more effective as I was pretty stalled at that time
 
Felt great getting back to my home gym today. Absolutely crushed leg day and squatted 225 for reps finally. Also got up to 155 for reps on sldl so the hammy is really starting to make good progress. No pain at all just a little tightness towards the last rep or two.

Energy was a lot better after the initial hour or so this morning so I'm def coming through my stim withdrawal finally. Gonna try out some high volume for push day tomorrow as I've had it for awhile and hear great reviews. Might throw in some of the yoked samples I've been collecting and see of I can make my triceps explode ha. Never had great results with yoked but might as well use it since it's just taking up space.
 
New supplements update:

AM/Pre/Bed - Cannibal Alpha (6 caps/dose)

AM/Lunch/Bed - Reduce XT

Lunch/Dinner - TTA-500 (1g total)

AM/Pre - Thyrocaps (2 caps AM, 1 cap Pre/PM)

Pre Workout - Trying out a few combos of: Noxygen, High Volume, Hemavol. Also have on hand: Pump Extrem, Pump X3

Nothing with any type of stim in it until at least September I'm thinking. That'll give me about 6-7 weeks totally stim free. Then I'll prob start a lean bulk so may just add some pre workouts and then a bulking stack. Prob not gonna include any burners there. I've got a lot of options for my bulk stack so we'll have to get some talk going about that.

^^^this! I an also running a log on it atm! It is awesome during a deep cut when stress is liable to skyrocket!

i didnt like mass fx black but the rest of it are supps i love.

Ya I've heard mixed reviews. I've had it siting around for like a year and a half just haven't found the time to use it since other more appealing things keep coming out. Most of the reviews I hear are either really good or really bad. No one seems to have just ok results
 
Off day today so I went down to cabelas in wv and picked up a new bow. Can't wait for deer season to start so I can get some meat in the freezer for the winter bulking ;)
 
New baseline weight to begin this week is 169lb. The plan going forward has 3 main points for refeed/junk and "show days" ha

8/9 - Friends wedding. This may not be an issue with drinking/eating as I may end up being the DD anyways

8/16 - Having a beer olympics at my house. This will be my next "show off" day so the idea is to get as lean as possible for this and then have this be a 1-day drinking/eating party

8/23-8/31 - Vacation with the family. Want to try to get back to my pre-beer olypics baseline for this week. It won't be anyhting like the damage from the cruise either since booze and food will be waaaayyyy less.

September starts bulking season so I'll prob shut this log down around that time and start up a winter/bulk log (along with swol if he's still in) - It might be fun to get a few guys logging together and turn it into a bit of a competition for the winter months.

eating in every night helped too. everything was so expensive there o for each island we made a costco run so i was able to track my macros and still eat copious amounts of fish

Blasphemy, how can anybody get sick of fish? I mean, you get sick of fish then you switch over to shellfish. Duh. Then you throw steak in there and turn the chit into a surf n turf.

I still eat it, just don't crave or enjoy it as much if I have had it everyday for a week, LOL. :P

I also don't eat shellfish, I think I have a mild allergy to it. Always kills my stomach. My Dad has a really bad iodine allergy, so he can't really eat ANY shellfish.

i love it too, but wild caught hawaiian... omg literally crumbled at the touch of the fork. it was the best tasting fish i've ever made

Ya my goal this year is to not get so fat that it takes half the year just to get lean again ha. Gonna try to focus more on lean bulking vs all out.

I've never had delucas but heard it's awesome. Def in for that and some lifting.
 
Speaking of cutting, what are people preferring, Alphamine or Norcodrene? I've enjoyed the PES supps I've used, and figured I'd give one of these a shot.

Just use both bro! Im dosing a scoop of alphamine and 1 norco in the morning, and then i take one norco preworkout
