eh, kinda sorta. Not really a full week off from everything. I feel like i lose my GAINZZZ haha. i hate breaks. But i plan on taking on late august for a week or 2 and see how i feel. Ive had my hormones checked. everything is fine. i dont get it.
I always had the same issue with breaks but I took both a 4day diet break (ate some donuts and junk but stayed at maint cals) and then a few weeks later took a full 7 days off the gym and it made a huuugeeee difference. Made the last 8weeks or so of my cut so much easier and I feel more effective as I was pretty stalled at that time
