I thought that too but I calipered last weekend at even less and my scale won't even give me a reading. Bf placement is totally dependent on the person too. My legs hold a lot but my shoulders have had striations for months.

Calipers dont measure everything. if your 7-8 on a caliper you would be around 10-11 on a bodpod/dexa. its about a good 2-3% Difference due to internal bodyfat.
Plus scale measuring of BF is not even close lol. lets be real here

Soooooooooo... how did the 11-oxo work out?

The 11-KT? I have some photos I took right after I finished mine, and have to get them uploaded to show before and after. I was pleased with the results, and think I gained a bit of muscle mass, and lost a good bit of fat.
 
Back on land. Traveling most of the day so ill prob try to update tomorrow. The short story is holy fuking bloated. Can't wait to see what the scale says and how fast it'll drop back down once I start eating like a normal person again ha.

Actually I didn't do too awfully as far as meal size but the types of foods and all the booze def didn't help. I feel like I didn't gain a ton of fat but definition is toast.
 
So I jumped on the scale this morn to see the final damage... 180.3lb. Ouch. 26lb.

The one thing that does make that a bit of a bad comparison is that I was both dehydrated and completely glycogen depleted so that does make a serious difference but still brutal. I'll be interested to see what I level out at towards the end of this week to see what the true gain was closer to.

Also today is my first day with no stimulants in forever and I feel like ass. Just dragging myself through all the laundry and housework that needs caught up on. Gonna be a rough few days getting back into the swing and going through stim withdrawal ha.

This coming week will be 2 flights in 6 days and different islands so here's where defuse and recompadrol gotta do work!

Ya I'm pretty disappointed but I really wanted to enjoy the vacation so whatever. As for the defuse it def seemed to help more earlier in the week. Towards the end i felt like the effects were less and less but to truly gauge the effectiveness I'll have to wait and see how much of this weight is water and just junk from all the drinking. I would be surprised if I don't drop 10-15lb this week as I just feel bloated and watery not so much just chubby

Id say you gained at minimum 10lbs of fat! You went straight from super strict dieting to just eating away for a week! I gained about 16lbs one week! I was devastated!
 
Wow, 26 lbs. is a lot. I'm sure quite a bit will come off within a week or two, though.

Lack of stims has me in full blown zombie mode tho. I fell asleep on the couch at like 5:30p yesterday, got up around 7 and had a shake and some pb and then went to bed ha. Woke up feeling like I could've slept another week long and have been dragging ass all day so far. Stim withdrawal is awful.

ive cut out stims almost 3-4 weeks now, i honestly feel better without them. I think once you let your body get off them for a bit you may notice it. first few days though.. Brutal.

This is def true. I took about 6 weeks or so off around Xmas and I felt great. And coming back on was even better as I've always had a high tolerance but those first few weeks were like mini doses for major effects. I prob will try to only use pres and such on really brutal days through the fall and take off some time again in the winter.
 
Are you at maintenance yet or still reverse dieting?

Edit: also have you cut some of your cardio out?

Maintenance is always going to change when you diet down and bulk back up, also depends on NEAT, volume of training, cardio etc too many varaibles to understand how much you truly need to maintain. I am only on week 4 since ending my cut so reversing. up 4lbs in 3-4 weeks.

Cardio still the same.

haha you'd be wrong... 26lb just makes you feel like a slug. Down about 8lb so far and finally feeling like a normal person as far as bloating and stomach stretching ha. Still a zombie though. No amount of sleep is enough.
 
Still can't get enough sleep. All day I think about how long until I can go back to bed ha. The struggle is real.
 
Finally feeling almost like a normal person today. Still struggled to get out of bed and for the first hour or so but I'm feeling much better now. Looking forward to leg day today back in my own gym instead of the half assed cruise version with a zillion leg presses.

It's been steadily dropping about 1-2lb each day after the initial 4lb the first day or so. I expect it to take a bit longer then normal to truly baseline as I had far more water as glycogen then pre vacation. I expect by the weekend to have a good idea of where my new baseline will be going forward.

I'm thinking it'll prob be around 165-168lb so roughly 10lb of additional mass. Hopefully some muscle in there ;) should have been pretty anabolic with hard training and big eating ha

man, i feel your pain. and my blood values are normal. Had everything tested last year. all fine. idk why im tired all day. My tiredness all started when i started to hit the gym really hard.

Yeah, I can vouch for DAA. When I tried that stuff a couple of months back, there was something just not right with me so I stopped it.

doesnt matter what im on or if im on anything at all. I have gone 12 months without taking anything but protein and still happens. In highschool (im 24 now) i would party all night and be fine on 3 hours sleep. now, i have to be in bed by 10, 11 at the latest unless its some special occasion and get at least 8 hours sleep or I will feel dead the next day. Even at 9,10 i dont feel great.

Yikes that sounds nasty. Mine has been much more related to something I am or am not taking and comes and goes. Sounds like you almost have to have some sort if hormonal or maybe cns issue? Have you tried taking a week off of training and dieting to get a full recoup?

eh, kinda sorta. Not really a full week off from everything. I feel like i lose my GAINZZZ haha. i hate breaks. But i plan on taking on late august for a week or 2 and see how i feel. Ive had my hormones checked. everything is fine. i dont get it.
