Epic Cutting Stack

How do you even find pleasure in living in a world of incompetence and ignorance? Perpetually pointing out the aformentioned must be an emotionally and physically exhausting existance despite your great apptitude for it. Try to enjoy the rest of your weekend! :D

I think rodja has a fair point. Let's assume you go to the way extreme and eat 10 eggs every day of the week. That's 40 cals per day.

Now let's look at some energy expenditure. If I go grocery shopping, I probably expend an extra 50 calories a day. But I wouldn't change my diet that day. If it's a busy day at work and you have to go from one place to another, you wouldn't come home and add 100 cals to your diet. You also wouldn't subtract 50 calories from your diet if you spent an extra 2 hours playing video games. While calories do add up, I think everything should be within reason

I think rodja has a fair point.

The point, fair enough or not, is lost on his rude, offensive, pompous and arrogant delivery. His tone and attitude communicate that everyone, aside for himself is an ignorant moron. I at one time used to listen to him. Now I just chuckle at him, valid or not, because of his inability to communicate a point without offending someone is some fashion or another. A wise man would just move on, especially when his contributions are unsolicited and in another's thread, but he fails not to practice such and it is unappreciated by the OP and myself as well.

He needs to remember that he is no longer on the fabled and now defunct M&M that the likes of him came from. He's no stranger to me and others. If the magnitude of incompetence and ignorance he is surrounded by here is too much for him to display some dignity he need not participate here. His point, or the point, is not that valuable enough to merit his notorious diatribe. This goes for anyone in this community.

Haha you guys are cracking me up. I love all the opinions (well, most) just for two simple facts:1) it's good to see all sides of a topic and 2) it bumps my thread giving it more exposure and getting more people in here ha.

Bring the knowledge, bring the controversy, bring the bumps and views!

Big whoosh between yesterday and today. Dropped down to 167.5lb (fresh out of bed) from almost 174 yesterday (after some water)! Looks like things are still moving in the right direction. I estimate bf right around 10 as I can now see veins on my hips. Just gotta get rid of this last layer and really dry/harden and I'll have that Greek god physique I've always wanted. Then it's time to maintain!

Side not I really enjoyed my full blown keto day yesterday. Took out most of my veggies and had cheese, turkey bacon, and even tried some pork rinds (first time ever- kinda gross but I like the crunch... Feels like carbs/chips ha). The only downside to keto meals is the cals add up really fast with all the fat so the portions are small as hell.

Nice!

congrats on the whoosh! love the vernacular, lyle would be proud lmao

Haha ya I love that term. First time I saw it was on rippedbody.jp or whatever that guys IF site is. I was like wtf is a "whoosh".

Went full blown keto over the weekend and I have to say I feel really good as far as energy and mood... One thing I noticed yesterday though was my strength seemed to take a pretty bad hit which was a shame, but at this point in a cut I'm pretty happy with the level I maintained since beginning.

Sat/Sun were each 3 meal days, with the cals pretty evenly split. Foods were: chicken, whole eggs, cor-whey/oxelite protein, a couple slices of cheese, a few pork rinds (have always wanted to try these but never wanted/needed all the fat... they're not bad and you feel like you're eating carby chips so thats a plus), almond milk, salmon, natty pb, turkey bacon. I cut out almost all veggies (except 3oz of spinach and 1cup salad for dinner out last night for fathers day) and ketosis is in full effect as it straight up reeks when I pee ha.

Through the week I'll prob be doing 4 meals, 2 at work (pre workout) and 2 at home (pwo/pre bed). Gonna add back in a few veggies (peppers, spinach, etc) in very small amounts (ex 1-2 mini peppers/ meal or 3oz spinach) through the week along with some extra multi's to keep everything in line micronutrient wise. Foods through the week will include: 85/15 ground turkey (with some fat drained off), chicken, vension (if I need to get some serious protein in), cor whey/ oxyelite protein, eggs, cheeses, turkey bacon, and maybe some pork if it goes on sale this week ha.

Current Keto schedule (weekdays):
4:35am (wake) - 2 absolute fuel extreme (stim burner); 1 TT-33 (non stim burner/ thyroid), 1 tab bronkaid (25mg ephedrine sulfate), multi
5am - LISS cardio - just able to do some light walking or bike riding with the hamstring. Slowly getting better but still some pain when walking uphill.
5:45am - 1.5ml XI-KT
6:15a - Green Tea
7:45a - Green Tea
9a - Meal 1 (chicken/turkey/pepper(s)), fish oil
11a - 1 TT-33 (non stim burner/ thyroid), 1 tab bronkaid (25mg ephedrine sulfate)
1p - Meal 2 (chicken/turkey/pepper(s)), fish oil, multi
3p - 2 absolute fuel extreme (stim burner); 1 TT-33 (non stim burner/ thyroid), 1 tab bronkaid (25mg ephedrine sulfate)
3:15p - 1sc AminoLift (BCAA), 1sc Fitmax
3:45p - gym
5:15p - pwo meal/shake (cor whey, chicken, spinach, almond milk), fish oil
8:15p - pre bed meal (oxyelite protein, almond milk, natty pb, pork rinds), fish oil, multi

first refeed will be on day 14 which will be this sunday 6/22

How's the KI-XT thus far?

Unspectacular thus far. I was hoping for more after all the logs I'd read but it seems that a lot of ppl were running higher doses (I ran 1ml most of my first 4 wks) or didnt see many results until wk 3-4 (where I am now). The second bottle I just started will be run at 1.5ml/day and I'm in the range of time where I should see results if theyre to be had so I'll reserve judgement until the end.

I would definitely recommend at least 1.5mL per day minimum. I am loving the effects so far, and I have a feeling my after photos will show a change.

Ha I think it was more that I did heavy sldl's the day before trying to sprint around bases wen I haven't run like that in forever. Bad combo. I'm sure the low cals wasn't helping recovery tho either ha

Boone the threads gotten little long to keep up with and things have changed alot. Can we get a summary of whats worked best so far and what wasnt that successful?

I was just thinking about that this morning... I think What I'm gonna do is keep things rolling for the last 3+ weeks as they have been and then have a nice big recap at the end to spill my thoughts on the various products, diets, training, etc that I went through and how I reacted to each. It'll be pretty comprehensive but I wanna run everything out before I make those comparisons so prob right before I leave for vacation on 7/11 I'll post up basically a review segment of all the fun.

Thats nice but any cliff notes for now that might be helpful to those following for now?

Best:
Supps- alphamine+ aav2+metabolic powder+recompadrol, stimul8, noxygen, amino iv, alphamax, fitmax, cor whey (especially corfetti and s'mores), snickerdoodle select, strawberry cheesecake oxyelite protein

Diet style- classic bb (5-6small meals, all carb early in the day)

Workout- p/p/l ( I usually liked doing legs/push/pull to split the legs and pull apart)

Wouldn't use again:
Supps- dexaprine xr (no stim, didn't seem to drop any fat that couldn't be attributed to diet), white pump (just didn't do much for me), hyper t2 (same as dex), ON PRE (just not good, only caffeine), Jack3d advanced (disappointing and under dosed), cor whey pb marshmallow (just not strong enough flavor), nitramine (did nothing for me and taste was ass)

Diet style- leangains style IF: just seemed to struggle to get used to too long of a fast or to get 8hrs to eat (always had to cram it into 4hrs or so due to schedule). Doesn't fit my life schedule.

Workout- anything that only has me in the gym only 3 days. I need my gym time.

Undecided:
Supps- XI-KT, tt-33

Diet- CBL (really fun but I didn't seem to lose any fat so I think it better suited for a recomp or bulk), keto (too soon to tell but so far so good)

Workout- body part 5 day split not sure this truly maximizes muscle building. I feel like I made more progress hitting most parts 2x/wk

Had an awesome pull workout today. Took sauce/solutions advice and really went for slow, controlled eccentrics and had an amazing pump and just overall felt solid. Forearms were roadmaps.

I've been very slowly getting my mobility back with the hamstring. It was diagnosed as a grade 2 strain which is as bad as it gets before tearing and potentially requiring surgery. Saturday was the first day I was able to walk without a limp.

This morning I went for some am cardio and took a nice walk which only felt a little off when I was going uphill so that's big progress. I was able to stretch it a bit after as well and can put pants/socks/shoes on without pain now. At the gym I did a few sldl partials (about 3/4) with an unloaded bar just to really get a stretch and then a few body weight squats and some more stretching. It's funny because I was happier today doing 3-4 partial sldl's with only the bar then I was the day before my injury when I set an sldl pr at 215x8. It's the little things.

I'm glad to hear it won't need surgery.

Looks like I'm not squatting for a while myself. Dropped a 35 on my big toe this morning at the gym and apparently shattered/crushed it. FML. I thought it was just a bad bruise at first, almost didn't go to the ER. Glad I did.

Now I have to wear a crazy boot all the time, and I have to take it off to even drive!

Well I pulled the trigger on NP and bought it. Can't wait to see how my body responds to it if any. Will keep you guys posted.

This is good to know. Where on your body did you end up applying it?

I have been applying it to my shoulders, upper chest/clavicles and traps with my forearms as much as possible. The forearms should absorb some as well, as the skin is much thicker on the hands. I got that tip from McCrew :)

That sucks man... not even a full plate haha.

Sounds good. Let us know in here if you can. We've got two of us already running it so it'll be nice to compare more.

Thanks for the tip Misfit! Wasn't it kind of hard to apply it to your shoulders using your forearm?

I've been doing the same and ya it's kinda awkward. I usually use mostly my wrists. It's help increase my shoulder mobility tho ha.

I would def go 2 bottles at 1.5 at least. 1 bottle at 1ml didn't seem to do much for me.

So over the last 2-3 days I've been feeling noticeably leaner. Combination of the diet and what I assume had to be the XI-KT doing some work. Vascularity in my forearms and waist has increased with the lowered fat/water. Bloating has been almost zero (except when I make a shake with 60oz of water haha). Hunger hasn't been an issue at all with all the fats even with very little veggies. I'm adding in oximega greens powder 2x/day to help keep up with my micros. Multi 3x, fish oil 6g, bcaa/creatine 3-4x/day between meals or around training. I feel amazing really and haven't had over 25g carbs in 6-7days. Next couple days will prob be 10g max coming in shakes, eggs or natty pb. Refeed Sunday should be crazy fun. Taking suggestions for what to eat ;)

5 lbs of sushi!

Nice progress boone. My Iron Legion should be here tomorrow so I will fire that up starting either Saturday or Monday (depending on my mood). And speaking of greens powder, I too, am taking that as well. Good stuff!

my last refeed:

2 pints of arctic zero ice cream with 100g banana and 100g blueberry
1 lb of whole wheat pasta
3 oz grilled chicken all post workout, about 2,000 kcals and like over 350g carbs lol

3oz of chicken? why even bother haha

Side note - tried out the oximega greens last night and its actually really good. The flavor is spearmint but it has a hint of berry as well. Odd but enjoyable.

Been weighing myself each morning lately just to see how things are going and I'm amazed at how fast I seem to be dropping bf. I'm thoroughly enjoying this keto diet as I feel good mentally and physically as well as I am never exceptionally hungry (which is a first in my life). Bf is dropping like crazy which is the best part. Veins in my abs. Gonna take some pics tomorrow morn before my refeed.

Awesome to hear, brother!

I haven't been to the gym since Tuesday morning :(

The morning I dropped the weight on my foot, I got in a solid Deadlift session, worked up to 335 X 5.

I feel like I'm gaining fat, but I'm sure it's mental. I upped cals a bit to around maintenance to hopefully help with recovery.

I may try to hit the gym on Monday for OHP. No Squatting for a while bc of the toe, doc said it could take 6-8 weeks :(

Any ideas to make sure my legs don't get super small?

Also wondering how I am going to bench without arching as much or as much leg drive :(

Leg extensions and curls, also do some bycycle work on the stationary bike with resistance maxes out on it!

As natty said. Hiit bike work. Recumbent is prob the easiest to do to make sure you use more heel and avoid the toes. I know on a normal bike I tend to get towards the front of my foot a lot.

You could also try putting only your heels on the top part of the leg press. It'll use much more glutes and hams but better then nothing.

As for putting on fat I doubt you actually are. Prob just a little bloating. I get that all the time and it makes me think the same thing then one day it all just disappears. Just stick to the plan and let things sort themselves out for a bit. If you're still seeing negative results in a week then consider changing cals or maybe just good types

What's the best stack I can get for under 50 dollars?
I used to get Burn24 and Alphamine, but that stack is no longer available.

Weighed in this morning at 163.8lb. Bf is def going down especially in my lower abs/ around my belly button. Today is my refeed so I'm planning on eating my face off prob close to 3500kcal and then back to keto tomorrow. I'll prob have one more lighter refeed before vacation and then try Lyle mcdonalds rapid fatloss diet for the last week ("peak week") before vacation.

I'd be looking at leg press where you can deliberately push through with your heel and hammer strength v squat machines for the same reason. Should be able to work around it with your other body parts quite easily

Thanks for all of the suggestions, guys!

I have access to a couple of leg press machines and a hack squat machine, as well as leg curl and extension machines. I just hope I can still Deadlift too.

I'll have to see tomorrow, as I'm heading to the gym in the morning for Bench. I'll have to adjust my leg placement substantially, though.

Looks like you have definitely made some progress, man! You look quite a bit more lean to me :)

Can't sleep. Carb party has me sweating bullets and I'm afraid to fart for fear of shiitting my pants ha. I look like I've doubled in size (filled out) since this morning. Finished the refeed at just under 3300kcals. Had to do it in 3 massive meals since I spent most of the day at the pool. It was glorious. The festivities included:
1 Bday cake pop tart, cookie dough/rice crispy treat Oreos (just 1 of each), s'mores cor whey muffins, 1/2 cnc arctic zero, couple bowls of misc cereals, chicken, pork, veggie stew, cookie dough quest bar, a couple fun size candy bars, cottage cheese, some protein powders

All said it was 57%c/27%p/16%f so a nice ratio. I decided since I'm all fed up and refueled I'm gonna go try out the hamstring a bit and attempt a light leg day tomorrow. Plan is to be very cautious and prob use the smith machine a lot just for safety and guaranteed form. Should be good mentally to get some leg work in again as I've really missed it.
