Epic Bulk with Msten/Epi/Tren

Late, but in. This is a killer set-up and log and I am very interested to see the results. Keep killin it.
 
Day 11 Recap:

So after I got off work this morning at 6 am (3rd shift) I had a sweet tooth craving. So…..I stopped by Dunkin Donuts and bought a dozen donuts and pounded them on my drive home. When I got home I had a pack of Sugar Cookie flavored Poptarts w/ some extra cinnamon roll icing on it. To say the least, I went to bed with a huge smile on my face and I felt like the Pillsbury Doughboy.

Legs today and I felt absolutely amazing. I think those power rings, aka. Donuts, gave me some extra energy. All my lifts were up by 20-50 lbs. All straight sets this workout, with minimal rest periods, and an intensifier technique for almost all exercises.

Leg Session:

A. Leg Extensions: 3 sets of 16, 12, 8 reps w/ drop set on first 2 sets and a quadruple drop set on the last set.
B. BB Back Squats: 6 sets of 16, 14, 12, 10, 10, 14
C. Leg Press: 4 sets of 30, 25, 20, 15 and at the completion of the last set I did a 100 rep rest/pause set
D. Reverse Hack Squat: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 w/ a double drop set on the last set
E. DB Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 40, 30, 20 steps and at the completion of the last set I dropped the weight and did body weight lunges for 20 steps
F. Seated Leg Curls: 5 sets of 25, 20, 15, 10, 8 w/ a triple drop set on the last set.
G. Lying Leg Curls: 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ a drop set on the last set.


**HIIT cardio on the resistance bike for 10 mins. postworkout.**

The Msten @ 20 mg and the NanoTren @ 90 mg has my metabolism firing. I was expecting this from previous cycles, but didn't think it would kick in this quick. I know it's only 11 days in, but sides are non-existant. If this keeps going the way it does, w/ no sides, than I may run the Msten for 6 weeks @ 20 mg. I will overlap into my Epi for 3 weeks, but I plan on doubling up my support supps come week 4.

Im only 2 days in but man I ate a TON tonight. I have 3 weeks of epi in the cabinet I may throw into mine...

Nice, ton of food equals GAINZ!! I would look into another bottle to atleast have a good 5 weeks w/ Epi since it takes approx. 3-4 weeks to kick in. But if you do add it to your arsenal just up you support supps and monitor you body for any sides.

yeah thanks man! Iv run it before, im already running halo with it. I might just bridge it in if I run DBOLD for 6 weeks and only have 4 weeks of halo.

Day 12 Recap:

Chest, Front/Side Delts and Triceps (Push) Day. I felt like a BOSS tonight and I didn’t wanna stop lifting. My strength is increasing at every session. I don’t normally go below 8 reps, but tonight I was in beast mode and was too focused to stop pushing the weights. As of today I began supplementing AllMax Nutrition Carbion Intra-Workout.

Push Session:

A. Incline DB Press: 8 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 8, 10, 12 reps w/ triple drop set on last set
B. Hammer Strength Wide Chest Press: 5 sets of 14, 12, 10, 8, 8 w/ 5 partials (bottom half) at the end of every set
C. Hammer Strength Incline Chest Press: 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10 w/ 5 partials (top half) at the end of every set
D1. Slight Incline DB Flys: 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 10, 12
D2. Life Fitness Incline Chest Press: 5 sets 12, 10, 8, 10, 12
D3: Push-Ups: 5 sets to failure
E. Seated DB Side Laterals: 6 sets of 20, 16, 12, 10, 8,
F1. Front DB Raises: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 w/ triple drop set on last set
F2. Life Fitness Seated Machine Press: 4 sets of 12, 12, 10, 8
F3. Front Plate Raises: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8 w/ double drop set on last set
G. V-Bar Pushdowns: 6 sets of 20, 15, 10, 8, 8, 8 w/ triple drop set on last set and a 100 rep rest/pause set
H. Seated Overhead 2-Hand DB Ext: 5 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 4
I. Life Fitness Seated Dip Press: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8 w/ triple drop set on last set

HIIT cardio for 10 mins. Post-Workout on the elliptical

What type of weight are you tossing around?

On chest it's actually nothing too crazy. I haven't been able to go really heavy and build up a lot of strength in my chest over the past 2 years due to a pec tear on my right pec. I was flat benching 365 lbs. for reps and when I came down with the weight my grip slip a little and I regripped mid set and felt the peck tear from my chest to my bicep. It's actually taken me that long to feel comfortable in handling heavy weights. The psycholoigcal part was the biggest hurdle to get over. Anytime I'd go relatively heavy all I would think about was the horrible feeling of tearing my peck. Shoulders I don't go very heavy as well due injuries that I've sustained in both shoulders. Now I've seen better results in my shoulder training by training them with crazy volume and not worrying about weight.

Some lifts:
- Leg press 10 plates on a side for 8-10 reps
- Reverse hack squat 4 plates on a side for 8-10 reps
- Deadlift (Dorian Yates style) 405 lbs. for 8 reps
- 1 Arm DB Row 130 lbs. for 8 reps
 
Overcoming injuries are a pain..

As I get older my body can't take the abuse as well as before.. I'm kind of steering away from heavy weight myself and aiming for more control and higher reps.. Heavy weight has gotten me a lot bigger/thicker but I need to shape up and tone a bit more.. Plus my mobility just flat out sucks.. Doing simple things have become a hassle..

Was just curious, you look pretty thick but have nice shape and definition..
 
Day 13 Recap:

Got off work this morning and met up with a few law enforcement buddies for breakfast. So where did we go, an all you can eat breakfast buffet, FML!! Let’s just say my buddies are all big boys and we annihilated the buffet. The stares we received were epic. I woke up this afternoon and I was 10 lbs. heavier. Yep that’s correct, 10 lbs. heavier. I was bloated and retaining water like a mofo. There wasn’t a hint of abs, hahaha.

Back and Rear Delts (Pull) Day. Since this is my ex-wife’s custody weekend w/ my daugther I decided not to do biceps and just focus on back/rear delts. I will go to the gym tomorrow on off day and crush biceps, triceps, traps and calves. Today’s session was nothing short of amazing. All compound lifts for back and the weights felt light. My energy and endurance is through the roof.

Pull Session:

A. 1-Arm DB Rows: 8 sets of 12, 10, 8, 8, 6, 8, 10, 12 reps w/ 2 rest/pause sets at the completion of my last set
B. Prone Supported T-Bar Row: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12 w/ double drop set on the last set
C. Hammer Strength High Row: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10 10 w/ 5 partials (top half) at the end of every set
D. Close Grip BB Corner Rows (Ronnie Coleman Style): 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ triple drop set on the last set
E. Reverse Grip BB Rows: 5 sets of 14, 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ double drop set on the last set
F. 2-Arm Cable Rear Delt Flys: 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 8
G. Bent Over DB Rear Delt Flys: 8 sets of 20-6 reps. I went up the rack and back down the rack w/ no rest
H. Reverse Pec Deck Flys: 6 sets of 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ triple drop set on the last set

I totally agree bro that your lifting style must fits your lifestyle. Don't get me wrong, I love to lift heavy but it does not suit me anymore. With my profession, I need to stay functional and mobile at all times. The days of being 240 pounds are gone. Being that weight at my profession absolutely sucks.

I've never seen that.. I see the logic behind it, but I never would of thought to do that.. I'd think I'd have to lower the weight to fully control it without injury..

I'm going to try and get my Deads in tommorow, I'll have to try it with a light weight and see how it feels.

I've been doing that style of deads for approx. 4 yrs. now, the only way I roll, LOL. It's harder because you can't use momentum and are strictly using your back.

Day 14 Recap:

Due to me not having my daughter this weekend I decided to go into the gym today on my "OFF" day to crush biceps, triceps, calves and traps. Overall the session went well and I was up approx. 10 lbs. in all my exercises. I normally don't like to train biceps because it gets boring, but I was relentless and wanted to curl all night. Since I did triceps on Friday my main focus was to stimulate the muscle.

Biceps:
A. Standing Alternating DB Curls: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12 w/ a triple drop set on the last set.
B. Life Fitness Precher Curl: 4 sets of 20, 16, 12, 8 w/ a triple drop set on the last set.
C. Standing BB Curls: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12 w/ a triple drop set on the last set.

Triceps:
A. Lying Skull Crushers: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12
B. Straight Bar Cable Pushdowns: 4 sets of 20, 16, 12, 8

Calves/Traps:
A1. Standing Calf Raises: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12 w/ a triple drop set on the last set.
A2. Barbell Front Shrugs: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12
B1. Donkey Calf Raises: 4 sets of 20, 16, 12, 8 w/ a triple drop set on the last set.
B2. Dumbbell Shrugs: 4 sets of 20, 16, 12, 8

Notes:
Depending on how I feel/look, along with where my weight is, I might up my Msten to 30 mg and my Tren to 120 mg. But I will evaluate my diet FIRST before I up my doses.

Day 15 Recap:

Woke up this afternoon and immediately weighed myself and I was a little over 200 lbs. That’s an increase of 8 lbs. in a week. The water weight and bloat has pretty much come off from the 2 huge refeed days that I had this week. Due to the increase in weight I will not be adding any calories into my diet. My current macros are; P-330 / C-400 / F- 100. That puts me at 3800 calories. I did decide to up my Msten from 20 mg to 30 mg. Now I did this for several reasons.
1. I’ve ran Msten/Ultradrol twice in the past. During my first cycle is when it was fairly new and I ran it for 4 weeks. During that time I never reached past 16 mgs. During my second cycle I ran it beside Dienzone for 5 weeks and reached 20 mgs on the last week. With all that being said, I want to bump up the Msten to 30 mgs to accurately gauge on how effective Msten is at the dosage.
2. I want to use the 1st half of this cycle as more of a bulk and use the 2nd half with the Epi/Nano Tren as more of a recomp.
3. I want to keep my dose of Nano Tren at 90 mgs because I want to be able to gauge it’s effectiveness at higher doses with the Epi and not the Msten.
4. I feel absolutely great and I’m experiencing ZERO sides. If any sides were to appear, which I could recognize immediately, I will drop the Msten dose back down to 20 mgs.


Legs today and it was a great session. The pump I had all session was freaking unbelievable.

Leg Session:

A. Hack Squats: 7 sets of 15, 12, 10 8, 6, 12, 15
B1. Life Fitness Angled Leg Press: 3 sets of 14, 12, 10 w/ a triple drop set on the last set.
B2. DB Walking Lunges: 3 sets of 24, 20, 16 steps and at the completion of my last set I did 16 steps of bodyweight lunges.
C. 1-Leg Leg Press (Charles Glass style): 3 sets of 16, 12, 10 w/ no break in between legs and at the completion of my 3rd set I waited 60 secs. and did 3 sets of 12, 10, 8 w/ no break in between legs
D. Life Fitness Horizontal Leg Press: 3 sets of 20, 15, 10 w/ a triple drop set on the last set and at the completion of the last set I did a 100 rep rest/pause set
E. 1-Leg Leg Extension: 3 sets of 16, 12, 10 w/ no break in between legs (Rep tempo for this exercise was 4016)
F. Seated Leg Curls: 4 sets of 8, 10, 12, 15
G. Lying Leg Curls: 6 sets of 20, 16, 12, 8, 12, 16
H. DB SLDL: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6

Thanks bro, I really appreciate that. Trying to keep everyone informed as to what's going on in my brain housing group, lol. I feel as though this can help someone out in the future if they decide to run a similiar cycle.

I had zero sides while running my msten stacks/cycles. With the knowledge that is out there, and that I have now on the product, I feel as though doses can be ran effectively at 20 mgs. if ran properly
