Epic Bulk with Msten/Epi/Tren

Day 16 Recap:

Chest, Front/Side Delts (Push) Day. I felt great this evening and my strength has increased once again. I’ve noticed that my endurance and recovery between sets is up.

I’m really liking AllMax Nutrition Carbion Intra-Workout. It seems to set well in my stomach and I do not have any bloat after I finished drinking it.

Push Session:

A. Incline DB Press: 8 sets of 10, 10, 8, 6, 4, 8, 10, 12 reps w/ triple drop set on last set
B1. Slight Decline DB Press: 5 sets of 16, 14, 12, 10, 8 w/ triple drop set on last set
B2. Pec Deck: 5 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10, 10 w/ triple drop set on last set
C1. Slight Incline DB Press: 4 sets of 14, 12, 10, 8
C2. Pushups: 4 sets to Failure
D. Single Arm Cable Side Laterals: 6 sets of 10-6 reps w/ no rest in between arms
E1. John Meadows' Scrape the Rack Press: 4 sets of 12-6 reps
E2. Seated DB Side Laterals (triceps locked w/ no bend in the elbow): 4 sets of 20-15 reps
F1. Standing Cable Upright Rows: 3 sets of 15-8 reps
F2. Front DB Raises: 3 sets of 15-12 reps
F3. Front Plate Raises: 3 sets of 15-10 reps

That's a lot of work in that time frame..

My sessions are usually 15-20 sets, whether there drop sets or supersets depends and are roughly 35-45 minutes.. Usually longer if I'm doing squats or Deads.. No cardio time included in those numbers..

I'm definitely not going to disagree with you on the fact that it is a lot of volume.
 
What's going on fellow iron addicts? Sorry for the lack of updates, but when I'm away from work I don't really have access to a computer. I don't like typing up my whole workout plans on my smartphone, that crap gets kind of tedious and I suck at the whole texting crap. But just a little update, the Tren has kicked in and its in full swing. I woke up Thursday morning for Thanksgiving and I was lean/cut as could be. I gorged my face all day/night and woke up Friday morning .06 lbs. lighter. I'm going out on a limb here and I think this stuff is legit.

Also, was having some back pain issues at the start of the week and thought it was some bad back pumps or sides from upping the Msten to 30 mg. The pain persisted up until Friday to where I had this bad sore on my back. I had my ex-wife look at my back and it was all red/swollen with a pimple type thingie (lol) in my lower middle back area. I gutted it out and woke up Saturday and couldn't barely move and felt nauseated all day. Went into work and my Sergeant instructed me to go to the ER immediately. Went to the ER, and thank goodness for being a Police Officer, because I was seen right away. The doctor immediately stated I had a staph infection/abscess and he needed to cut it out and drain the infection. So the doctor did and I immediately felt relief within my lower back. Now....I'm not going to freak out because I had a staph infection when i was deployed to Irag and developed MRSA in the process. With all the being said, I am very susceptible to these types of infections and am not going to over think anything. So now I'm off from work until Monday but not from the gym, LOL. Come on now, that was not going to happen. I'll just have to make sure I'm smart with my training. When I get back to work on Monday night I'll play catch-up on all my gym sessions.
So fellow Iron addicts keep training hard, eat like monsters and make those GAINZ!!

What's going on fellow iron addicts! I woke up this morning and my weight was 206 lbs. That is a 6 lb weight gain since last Monday. Diet and Msten/Tren dosage will all remain the same. I did start my Epi dose this week at 50 mg. I also added in Purus Labs Organ Shield for added protection.

I'm experiencing no sides and I am feeling great all day. My aggression and endurance in the gym is unworldly. Every workout is better than the last.

Had a follow up with the doctor this evening and he wanted me to take at least another day off from work. Not really going to complain, kind of a mini vacation I guess LOL.

The doses are treating me great. When I went to 30 mg my weight has been increasing rapidly.

Will either try to get a progress pic tonight or tomorrow
 
I was about to go with epistane and Msten but decided trest and DMZ in January. But this cycle looks awesome brother
 
Just to clarify, are you running any test base with this? Stano/trest/dermacrine? How's lethargy treating you?

Just an FYI, In my initial thread post I gave an outline of my whole cycle. But to quickly answer your question,Im taking dermacrine as my base. No lethargy or sides as of right now
 
Hey brother, do you feel like inhibit p is keeping most of the tren sides away??? I wanted to run it but rather not run caber or prami unless i needed to at that dose.

I would say yes, along with running Dermacrine.
 
Day 23 Recap:

I’m back!!!! What’s going on fellow Iron Addicts? So I’m back to work today and am able to start posting again. My doctor told me not to go back to work until December 4th, but I told him I can deal with it and I’m going insane at my house.


Legs today and it was a great session. My strength his through the roof and my legs have thickened up nicely. I was so pumped that I didn’t want the session to end, but knew I needed to call it a night.

Leg Session:

A. Hack Squats: 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12
B1. Life Fitness Horizontal Leg Press (Feet high and wide for Hamstring emphasis): 4 sets of 20, 16, 14, 12
B2. Leg Extentions: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 w/ a triple drop set on the last set
C. DB Squats (Heels elevated and feet close together): 6 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6, 10, 12
D1. Life Fitness Vertical Leg Press (feet shoulder width apart): 4 sets of 20, 16, 14, 12
D2. Seated Leg Curls: 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6 15DB
E. 1-Leg Leg Press: 4 sets of 16, 12, 10, 8 w/ a break long enough to add weight

Day 24 Recap:

Did Biceps, Triceps, Forearms, Calves and Traps today. Wednesday’s arm session for me is high reps, whereas Sunday’s session is low reps. I cannot tell you on how great this cycle is going. Now when I say my strength is increasing by every workout, I’m not joking! The vascularity in my front/side delts, and arms today was insane. Google maps would’ve been jealous, LOL.

Biceps and Triceps DTP Session:
A1. Life Fitness Preacher Curl: Standing Alternating DB Curls: 50, 40, 30, 20,
A2. Rope Pushdowns: 50, 40, 30, 20, 10
B1. Life Fitness High Bicep Curl: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50

Triceps:
C. Life Fitness Tricep Pushdowns: 25, 20, 15

Biceps:

No cardio at all this week and next week. I want to maximize the potential of the Msten and put on as much size as possible during the next 2 weeks. Once I’m off the Msten and running just Epi/Tren, than I’ll add cardio back in. Time to make them GAINZ!!

I dont know what your dosing Carbion at, but it seems like 75-100g carbs pre/intra is the magic number for me.

jmyers give it a try for a week with whatever supps you have at 75g carbs w/ aminos intra workout and 25g carbs with post workout shake (protein, creatine, whatever) even if its dextrose for majority of the carbs.

And Swolbraham hes got the blend down. That blend is prime time and doesnt really get better than that.

Ummm if I remember correctly, 8 lbs of HBCD and 4 lbs PwptoPro was about $130? Iirc. Not 100%. Lasts Mr about 2-3 months. Can always go without the peptopro and just do Amino's

Day 29 Recap:

So today is Monday and we all know what that means, weigh in time. Woke up this morning on an empty stomach and weighed 215 lbs. So if you've been following along that's an increase of 9 lbs in a week. A total increase of 23 lbs. during the cycle so far. I'm actually starting to feel big and full and im receiving a lot of compliments on how much bigger I look. I'm feeling alot better since I'm back on a normal work shift and sleep schedule.

Today was a Push Day and my training session was exactly the same as my day 25 Recap. Last Push session I focused on time under tension as my progressive overload. This Push session since my strength has increased substantially, I went up in weight on all my exercises as my progressive overload. BEAST MODE is in full effect, yeah buddy!

what's going on fella iron addicts? Had an epic arm session today. This cycle so far is becoming ridiculously awesome. My strength, endurance and vascularity is through the roof. I was barbell curling 155 lbs for clean reps of 6 to 8. The comments from my fellow gym buddies on how much bigger I look are now becoming an everyday topic. I will try to get updated photos for you guys by the end of the week. Just have been so busy with work and a lot of overtime due to the holiday season.

Arms:
Biceps-
