I about ripped my shoulder out today. I was doing dumbbell presses. I was on my 4 set with 70lbs, I had the weight almost all the way up, and lost control, it started to go back, behind me, and I could not stop it. Stupid me did not drop the weight, instead I twisted as fast as I could so I could stop it. It hurt a little, but the pain went away almost immediatly. So I continued to finish my shoulder workout out with no problems. Its been about 3 hours from lifting and now I do feel a little pain starting from my shoulder going down the outside of my arm. Hopefully it will go away in a day or two.

Looking good. Got some bottles of havoc coming to me mght try and pulse it now

After doing this cycle I will not pulse again. Yes I did gain 4 pounds in 6 weeks, but I feel like I could easily handle a normal cycle. I just started PCT this week. I have heard that if your PCT is right, you can gain a good amount during PCT. I hope I experience this.

I worked on Shoulders today. Here is the stats from week one, and week 7. You can see before and after. It may not look like much of a difference, but before this cycle I have not been able to gain anything much at all for a year, so four pounds of muscle mass and the strength increase is great for me in 6 weeks. I am a hard gainer.

WEEK 1

Military Press-
*125lbs x 8

Seated Dumbbell Press -
*40lbs x 10

Seated Dumbbell Lat. Raise-
*15lbs x 12

Dumbbell Shrug
*90lbs x 8

Smith Machine Upright Row-
110lbs x 12
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WEEK 7 SHOULDERS

Military Press
*165 LBS X 8

Seated Dumbbell Press
*70lbs x 8

Seated Dumbbell Lateral Raise (drop set)
*20lbs x 10

Dumbbell Reverse Fly
*20lbs x 10

Dumbbell Shrug
*100lbs x 10

Smith Machine Upright Row
*130lbs x 10

Are you happy with your strength gains though?

Most definitly, When I first started lifting I could gain about 5 pounds a week in strength, then it started to drop to eventually I was stuck. This cycle has helped me past the plateau, and I am loving the PCT! I will fill update with all my workouts later today.
