Epi Joint Issues Question

Im almost done with a 5 week run of Epi that has been aside from super hard shutdown and joint pain. Most of the joint pain has been remedied with cissus except for some nagging MCL pain from trying to run up my cardio too quickly and the Epi acting as a huge exacerbating factor. Ive put all cardio on hold to stave off any permanent injury.

My question is about how much longer before my joints start to see some lubrication so i can get back on the cardio? My PCT will be nolva at usual dosage followed by DAA and erase. The erase will be moderately dosed and only really serve to counter and estrogen spikes from rebound and/or the DAA.

Might want to consider Glucosamine/Chondroiton/MSM/Cucumin and possibly hyaluronic acid to help with the joints, cissus is more for tendons from what I recall.

Jus try doin cardio on the elliptical or stair master.. Both will burn calories and not so tough on the joints till yur done with the epi

The epi combined with not pre loading glucosamine seems to have somehow spurred a minor but nagging MCL sprain. I'm running cissus and glucosamine now. The stair stepper seems to not flare it up so that's what I've been sticking with for now.

Believe me i know about l achey joints.. I take animal flex and high doses of fish oil and mine hold up pretty good even after 4knee surgeries

thats one of the problems with epi and why i won't run it... i do a ton of cardio and thats a big side... also, the shutdown as you said... i would really use torem as opposed to nolva for a quicker recovery... do the glucosamine as was said earlier... I would give it a few weeks to recover with the joint pain... stick to the elliptical, stairclimber and bike for now until the pain subsides... you will be fine soon... i know a few weeks is a long time when it comes to your normal routine but hopefully it won't take that long... good luck!

usually takes me 3 weeks post usage for my joints to come back to normal

drink plenty of water 1.5-2 gallons a day and 10g fish oil
