Arnold Press-60x8,65x8,70x8
Laying cable curls (single arm)- 50lbsx8, 50x8
Standing cable curl from top- 4x50reps, 35lbs
Delt raises front/side- 25x8,30x8,35x8
Strength- really good today set a PR on military press which was my initial goal starting this cycle
Size-223.5 (initial goal met +20lbs from start)
Sides- some acne on chest still, back pumps and forearm pumps
Libido- still feelin pretty strong, no real loss yet
-check my response above about shutdown, anyone else have an opinion if I should go for one more week w/SD to hit a new goal of 230-235lbs?
