One arm tricep pressdown-50lbs, 3x8
abs- no abs yet, still takin it ez so i dont strain em again


Size-220 (+17lbs), 3 lbs from starting goal and 1 week of SD left :)

Strength- through the roof, saw some numbers I havent seen in a while

Sides-serious back pumps threw in some taurine today, minor acne on chest
Libido-still doin great

You've got +5 lbs in 5 days! 223 no problem. Sounds more like 225+ by the end.

So what program do you have to edit pictures? I may be able to help you. I was able to change the size of my pictures.
 
Oh yeah... that program kinda sucks. For some reason, you can't change the size in WPG. If you have photoshop or some other program its easy.

Strength-Defn up, set two PR's today. Noticed insane pumps in my forearms as well almost debilitating.

size-221.5 (+18.5lbs), no idea how or why but im gaining weight superfast now, still eating a whole lot esp carbs (sd is a carb monster!!!)

BF- looks like it may have gone up a tad from when I started, measurement around stomach is up about 1/8" but id guess i gained about .5%bf or so so far.

Sides- acne on chest, back pumps, forearm pumps, and some lethargy

Libido-still goin strong here :)

Kinda depends on how you are feeling, how shut down you are currently and how long you don't mind it taking for you to recover.
 
right now I dont feel shut down at all, I would be ok with it takin about a week to recover. I have animal stack (natty test booster) and nolva to help get it back fast

i say go another week i personaly don see this being an issue and although u don feel shutdown u prob are i have used dbol for 7 days at dose lower than 25mg a day (taperd up from 10mg) and got t levels cheeked in at 76 of course everyone responds diff. that dosen mean u won come back quick i have been on cycle for over three months and my boys don even seem to have lost size, libido is great and i would say i don feel shut down at all but i know im not producing **** im currently on NPP/Superdrol i say go for it, but this is jmho
 
i am currently trying to get to 240 and i cant seem to get over 235 without getting bloated and feelin like **** but u seem to have had a very productive cycle so far good job man
 
My main reason for not going longer when I ran M-Drol was due to crazy back pumps. I was less experienced then about keeping Taurine and Fish Oil flowing through my body. I ran Epi for 6 weeks at pretty high doses on another cycle so I don't feel like you will be damaging yourself if your vitals are good (blood pressure, prostate). Your liver will be hating you especially after running Nolva, but it should recover quickly once you finish everything. Good luck and keep growing!

**decided to do an extra week of SD to see if I can break 230 and if my bench can reach 380x1, hopefully I wont be too shut down and my liver can take it, wish me luck

haha, measured my arms after benchin yesterday they were 18.25" lol, everyone I know has noticed and said im gettin huge. I can't wait to cut up tho and really show off all this new muscle
 
was thinking about running something similar in the fall for my bulk but adding in 60mg of tren also... or bridging from phera to sd with 60mg of tren throughout but think this might be too much.

how much water retension u seeing... or increase in bf... or is it pretty much all lean?

I think stacking w/ tren is a great idea, bridging w/ phera will be overkill unless you are very experienced. As far as bf goes i defn gained about 1% or close to an inch on my stomach, this is mainly because i eat alot and i eat everything in site. Still happy tho, hopin to finish around 230 by the end of this week.

Off days, I was going to workout day 39 but I got into a car accident and my car is not driveable, put a damper on my whole day. Fortunately nobody was hurt at all. will report later on today day 40.

libido-slightly lower but barely noticeable

overall a great cycle
 
sounds like a good cycle i found getting past 230 the hardest thing for me even with cals super high i gain but not much quilty weight but keep pushing and you will eventully break though after i got past 230 i jumped up to 240 in about 2 weeks with no noticable fat
