Epi andro gels dosing question

Hey one more noob question here. Will doctors do the bloodwork tests im wanting? Or do I really have to pay 200 or more everytime I want it done?
 
Tamox and Exemestane showed up today. Just throwing a rough plan together for PCT. What is the standard tamox PCT is it 20 20 10 5, 20 20 10 10, or 10 10 5 5?

And the exemestane I'll just keep on hand if warning signs show up?

Standard for nolva as a solo pct without hcg or clomid I would say is 40,40,20,20

When combined with clomid 20,20,10,10 alongside the clomid

Some guys like lower dose longer pct that might go 20,20,10,10,10,10

With all that being said, there's absolutely no reason I see for people to taper down there serm use. If I were you I would take 20mg a day for 4 weeks, and then If I felt good I would wait about 2 more weeks and get bloodwork done to check the numbers vs. how I was feeling
