Epi and Xgels..when to take?

What is the dosing timing when taking an Epi product with xgels? I plan on running OL epilogue with xgels. Thanks ahead for the responses.

I honeslty just take my epi and x gels together pre workout. In a perfect world you would space them out, but I choose not to. You could take x gels pre workout and epi 8 hours later if you are really worried about the interaction between the two.
