Training for 12 years in various capacities (power lifting, tri training, bulking/cutting). Normally do high cardio, but due to knee issue, have to take a few months off from running and significantly reduce swimming for the time being.
Bench275x1/Dead405x1/Mil Press 185x1. My training had been heavy cardio and bodyweight PT focused, but the past 4 weeks I've spent in the weight room to get a bit of a foundation back.
