Some Details/Plans for this log.
Supplement dosing will start with 2 pills a day spread out as suggested by the bottle, may move to three a couple weeks in.
Training and Diet
Plan is overall to be less gross and look better naked( got a ways to go for this)
Training will be between 4 to 5 days a week. Currently a week in on one of Matt Mills Programs on the Strengthlete Collective.
I will also be loosely track meals, mainly to ensure I keep the majority of carb intake closer to training times.
I will be sharing what my meals will be each day along with general overview of the training for that day as well, with regularly updated pictures and weights to track progress as well.
