First off, I want to thank @xR1pp3Rx for the chance to log this product.
Tomorrow will be the first day of the log.
Some Details/Plans for this log.
Supplement dosing will start with 2 pills a day spread out as suggested by the bottle, may move to three a couple weeks in.
Training and Diet
Plan is overall to be less gross and look better naked( got a ways to go for this)
Training will be between 4 to 5 days a week. Currently a week in on one of Matt Mills Programs on the Strengthlete Collective.
I will also be loosely track meals, mainly to ensure I keep the majority of carb intake closer to training times.
I will be sharing what my meals will be each day along with general overview of the training for that day as well, with regularly updated pictures and weights to track progress as well.

Yesterday was day 5 of the first week of my program. This day is optional but went in for it anyway. Basically a second volume back day. Still felt good.

Today went and hit a hour bike ride. Was nice and hot. Also only 2 full days in so nothing to report. Tomorrow and Tuesday will be off days more than likely, so carbs will be kept pretty low.

I suggest taking an hour pwo. I love epiandro pwo. Just watch your bp especially if you’re using a high stim pwo. I tend to take all my orals early so it doesn’t interrupt sleep. I’m currently taking 1200mg epiandro

Nice Shoulder and back work out this morning. Main movement was axle clean and jerk, which I enjoy the axle pressing for than a normal barbell.
Got home and smash 4 eggs before some school work.

Leg day this morning.
Worked up to some triples at 315
Then paused front squats and couple accessories.

Got home and followed that with some grits topped with three over easy eggs.

Yea Boyyy.

Last day of work today then two days off. Ready to get back in the gym.
Hopefully will be caught up with everything by the time I go back to work Wednesday and can start sneaking in training before work as well.

Nice upper, chest focused day.
Hit triples on bench
Then followed by incline, some rows, chest volume amd then arms.
Subbed out overhead db ext because i never get much from them amd replaced with close grip incline bench with a axle.

Now home to gulp down some food.

i used to love doing overhead extensions but now my shoulder is too far gone to any of that stuff.

Yea after labrum repair, the shoulder isn't a fan, but still feel like close grip bench work or a JM press works a bit better for me.

Back day today.
Doubles on deadlifts
Then some pause deadlift, rows, hamstring work and core.
Felt good and strong and really in tune with myself this morning.

Went in for my extra back day. Felt really good with all the rows. Also really nice upper back pump.

Finished off the session with a quick 2 miles on an fan bike.

Badass training day today.
Really started to feel the anger towards the weights today
Did a deadlift and axle overhead press with all the volume.
Came home and downed some chicken amd my wife's left over pad thai. Perfect postmark.

One thing to note from yesterday.
I didn't train but while at work around 11 or so I made to move about 30 boxes weighing 35 to 40 pounds from one pallet to another. Noticed arms and upper back got real pumped. Both were still pumped on the way home from work at 7 that night. So after almost 8 hours of some BS work, still held that pump.

Press day

Paused 1 board bench
Worked up to heavy triple
Then dropped weight for 3 sets of 12

Then all the accessory work.

Barbell step ups
Concentric good mornings.
Front squats with spilt squats
And some rows thrown in.
Overall really good day

Nice pump today with the heavy volume.

Main movement
Axle strict press
8 sets of 5 at 75 percent
Followed by lots of accessory reps

But overall.not bad. Felt strong.

feeling strong is this PHs best attribute imo. Its really pronouced. enough so, that i will take it to bolster trest cycles.

Went in yesterday and hit some deadlifts.
Couple sets of GMs to warm up lower back
Then deficit deads and blocked snatch grip deadlifts and then finished off with some accessories.

Perfect day.

Forgot yesterday session
Started with some log press
Sets of 6, 1 clean and 3 presses was considered 1 rep
Moved on to axle floor presses and those felt really good.
Followed up by some accessory work.

Today felt really good training and in the zone

Started with triples with squats.
Then all the accessories from leg press and spoilt squats, to leg curl and ext supersets.
Finished up with yoke carries while dragging a tire.
I have done yoke carries in the past but first time dragging weight behind me as well. These felt awesome and fired me up big time.

dumb questions im sure lol but can you take epi solo on a cut and does it need a strong pct?

Nice training session super early this morning before work.
Yesterday decide to up daily dose to 3 pills. Doing 2 in the morning and one in the evening.

So popped 2 pills leaving the house and headed to the work gym

Knocked out sets of triples on deadlifts
Followed up with snatch grip RDLs and all the rows.

Finished up, showered and into work flying high this Monday morning. Felt like I could bash through a brick wall. Monday didn't stand a chance. Killed the day.

you know... i may be an outlier here. I feel like you could easily get away with a solid OTC set up.
one great way, would be to bridge off with 11kt, then add in a solid test booster like m-test. after a couple weeks, i would add in an actual AI like arimahex from APEX. that should make recovery a snap!~

Wednesday training

Started with sand bag carries
Didn't have a sandbag but gym does have a 100lb med ball so I used that.
Pick walk 50 feet and drop, pick again and walk back 50 feet is 1 rep. Did 5 rounds of these
Followed by just light weight volume work for shoulders

Thursday training

Log press
1 clean and 3 press is 1 rep
Did 4 sets of 6

Axle bar floor floor press
4 sets of 8

Then accessory work including tate presses, db z press and face pulls.

We are good. Minor damage and no power for the foreseeable future.
If I lived in Florida or anywhere where there's yearly hurricanes i'd have to set up a back up generator to my house! :ROFLMAO:
