Endura shred cutting help

Hey it's been a while since I last posted on here. I'm 5'9 185 around 12-13%bf.

I'm looking to do a recomp/cut and I have two bottles of endura shred to use but I'm wondering how my diet should be while on it.

I normally would just lower carbs gradually until I'm into ketosis but a lot of people say cardarime makes you go hypoglycemic.

So should I eat moderate carbs even while trying to cut?

Dosing will look like

Day 1-30 2 pills a day
Day 31-60 3 pills a day

I'm really trying to lean out and get my veins showing, but I don't want to lose a lot of size either so I think a recomp or slight cut would be best for me.

I ran my calories just at maintanance or slightly under. Keeping carbs moderately under control, mostly placed around workout time and fat moderate with high protein.

I had amazing results with the EnduraShred. I have a bottle and a half waiting to get used up come time for prep

I would go slightly under maintenance. You will still put on muscle but will also lose fat.

Definitnely be careful running carbs too low... I did that when I ran cardarine and it made me so tired and miserable.

I'd slowly jsut lower your overall cals and just adjust as the results dictate. Use the mirrror as the main judge as weight will prob stay steady.

So keep protein high and then gradually lower carbs and fat, not just carbs.

And I'm probably gunna be staying just under maintenance maybe 200 below

Depending on how your body reacts to the Cardarine, you may have to increase carbs. Everyone is different. For me, I needed carbs all day, if I went without them I felt lethargic, and often dizzy. Couldn't do low carb at all.. It affected my blood/sugar quite dramatically.

It may be that you need to slightly increase carbs, but from a nutrition stand point you can still lower fat to accommodate for the increase in carbs. Just do your math right on your macros
