I usually take a scoop after lifting days but does anyone know if running raises cortisol enough where I would need to take another scoop. On running days I dont do weights just abs but I do run intensely for about 30-35 min 4 days a week. Thanks

Are you currently not taking it on running days? If that is what you are trying to say then yes, intense cardio will have an effect on cortisol, and endoamp would be a good idea.
since endoamp only blunts cortisol i would say less is really more. You dont wanna be going through that stuff like water. Just dose it once a day around your workout/run to blunt it.
