Is it just caffeine, or any other stimulants? I know if I get jittery with Alpha Y, I can take in something sugary to blunt it.Is there anything that will end the stimulant effect faster? It seems anytime I have even a small amount of caffeine I have trouble getting to sleep at night. Would milk thistle, Tudca? Drinking water? Any suggestions would be great thanks
Sedation by Vein Nutrition has an herb in it that is said to increase the metabolism of caffeine.
It's also an excellent sleep aid. The best I have ever had, and I've got two tubs of it.
I have a 50% off code: sleepnow
Get some sleep! 1/4 dose works for most.
Ruteacarpine can help increase caffeine metabolism and clearance. MIght be exactly what your looking for

Give Japanese sake yeast a try, contains adenosine analogues, which bind to the adenosine A2a receptor subtype and have the opposite and opposing action of caffeine (acts as an agonist).
Have yet to find a ruteacarpine product on the market that is dosed remotely close to the 1g required based on that rat study.
Interesting suggestion. But will it work if the caffeine has already blockaded the receptors?

Well its not really something you can look at in the context of a perpetual effect, while active in the blood stream caffeine will act on the receptor and ellicit its effect, adding the adenosine analogues into the mix will then competitively have an opposing effect, reducing caffeines ‘awakeness’ effect. In theory obviously, but also what we found in our testing of the ingredient.
This is obviously considering caffeine as the only stim in the picture.

Is this located at their store, or another site?

Does sedation contain phenibut? I don’t want that and doesn’t look like it does
So is ruteacarpine worthless below 1g?
Where would someone get Japanese sake yeast? Have you tried it?
I take ltheanine and it helps a bit from a calming aspect but not actually falling asleep
I can’t avoid stims since I’m studying for a test after working 9-10 hours a day so I need something. And it’s not even much probably a cup of coffee’s worth of caffeine, idk how I could be this sensitive
