So I've seen people on here say that there is no different between this and regular clomid. However with that being said. Enclomiphene is the anti-estrogenic isomer where Zuclomifene is the estrogenic isomer. Regular Clomid has both isomers where as enclomiphene preparation is just the anti-estrogenic isomer. The Zuclomifene is actually a anti gonadotropin. Whereas enclomiphene is a pro gonadotropin. Explaining why normal, Clomid works. Enclomiphene has a half-life of about 6 to 8 hours. Zuclomiphene has a half-life of about a week to possibly longer. What is everyone's thoughts?
