Electronic Pick Pocketing

Yeah that's wild. Had no idea about it until they had something like that on NCIS. I almost never carry cash but that has me thinking about starting whenever I go to a big city.
 
I saw the same episode of NCIS and was wondering if it was true technology or just movie magic.
 
A jailed friend of mine could hack into your cell phone or computer with his cell phone and blue tooth. Walking through a mall, he could get all kinds of stuff with his little phone...but, the tard got caught.
