So just made 6 whole eggs i think they are Xlarge or jumbo or something.

these things barely fit on a normal sized large plate. heh.

so for those that claim to eat 10 or more, how the heck do you?

i here ya mate! i dunno how guys can put back 12 eggs or so. I'd say if i had to do it i'd make a big omlette for suck them back raw in a shake.

usually people arent using whole eggs just a couple yolks. Maybe if you hardboil them itll be easier to eat while you watch Oprah or Dr. Phil.

thats what I was hoping.. although you should watch my roomate consume whole eggs... then again he has no idea what he is doing :burg:

I can eat 4-5 XL eggs, but like the other say, when you hear people say they had 12 eggs its 12 egg whites and maybe 3 yolks.

Feed the yolks to your goldfish.

If I'm trying to conserve then I'll do 6 egg whites, and 2 yolks, and if I'm not so lazy then 10 whites but for my weight usually just stick to 8. However I don't use the xl eggs, just regular eggs and with my out of control appetite I eat them very easily. That a cup of oatmeal, and some fruit, and we have ourselves a meal! The real pain isn't the food, it's separating the yolks from the whites, grrr!
:food:

I hard boil 36 eggs every 4 days. Eat 9 at a time with 1 or 2 yolks.

Its not hard at all to put these down, it just sucks hardboiling this many eggs at a time.

Big fan of Egg Beaters. 0 Grams of fat, 6 grams of protein per serving.
Total container = 15 servings (equivalent to 15 eggs) which is a total of 90 grams of protein per container. Approx 4$.
Microwave up really well. 99% real eggs. I like the fact that it has 0 grams of fat. I also had the problem with chest pains with real eggs. These dont do that. Comes in a yellow container which looks like a milk container. Great source of protein and quick meal. Especially after a long day at work.

I used to eat these up until I noticed the high sodium content, also wasn't all that cost effective vs. buying an 18pk or 24pk of eggs, cause I usually eat the entire package. $3 or this vs. $3 for an 18ct carton of eggs, just not worth it to me anymore.
