If I put one raw egg in my preworkout breakfast shake as my breakfast there shouldn’t be a absorption issue correct ?

You get less protein absorption from the egg as compared to if it was cooked, but I don't see it significantly affecting whatever is in your shake.

That’s what I figured. So fats won’t have any issues pre. Only has 5 grams of fat.

I used to wake up and put 6 whole eggs, 1 scoop whey 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana and 1 cup milk in a blender and drink 30min before the gym. Delious and never had any problems with it. Until it was time to start cutting:/

It depends on the individual, but 5 grams isn't very much. Some people would be fine eating an entire container of ice cream pre-workout and then there are some people who cramp up or get sick if they ingest even a little fat.

I could do yolk powder 5-10 grams and hydrolized egg or something fast . The yolk should keep me a little Satiated preworkout ! Since I don’t do carbs !!! I like my egg in my shakes .

Your body does not digest uncooked egg whites unless it’s the pasteurized ones that come in a container

I never could tell the difference but I will do yolk and hydro in my shake
