Just finished the school sports day....football, softbal and hockey tournament for 800+ kids.

Damn, what a work....but it went well. Kids had a blast, weather was perfect.

Just had my steak and getting ready to kill it in the gym.

Back day...nothing but a peanut!

Gym scale said 88,5 kg aka 194.7lbs...wtf.

Awesome...but has to be water weight.

Shoulders and arms swole and shredded. Abs slowly coming back to their shredded selfs.

Lots of meetings and stuff...hope to get most of my students through to the next year(exams).

See how the manage this week with all the tests.

By the way, this year I'm going to Hungary...2 week holiday with the family. The other 4 weeks I'll be chilling with my little princess :)

Hey guys. I'm back from Hungary....

First week was great. Awesome weather.

Second week suck3d. Rain, Rain Rain.

Oh well. ..my little girl enjoyed herself. Happy girl> happy daddy.

Currently in pct. Clomid, dermastrenght, epic and super pct.

That pic is One of my favorites. ...just me and daddy's little girl.

She really had a blast over there. Whole day in the swimming pool:)

Last week 4 workouts. 2 at the gym and 2 at home.

Chest and back in the gym, leg and Shoulders at home.

Walking lunges in the garden...stuff leg deadlines and dumbbell squats.

Man I was sore...

I'm pretty busy on the uk and dutch forums at the moment. Will try to be more active here again;)
 
Just finished my first week of cardar1ne and ghar1ne.

7mg and 10 mg. Will up the cardar1ne tomorrow and keep the ghar1ne at 10mg for another week atleast.

Sleep has improved and I seem to be getting tighter by the day :)
