Lack of sleep is killing me. Haven't had a good nights rest in over a week.
Beds are crap. Even resurrect pm can't fix that.

Slept in a ****ing childs bed last night:(

Little one is sick....poor girl.

Still have 1 and a half week left, hope I get some sleep soon.

Lack of sleep also puts a lot of stress on my relationship....sucks.

The older I get I find that I can't remember vacations or good times that were "perfect". What I remember, and laugh about, are those times when "interesting" things happened. Maybe try some Advil PM or like. Keep your chin up!

Today my family in law arrived. My girl really loves her grandpa. Finally some relaxsation for mum and dad:)

One thing sucks....I'm ill. Throat hurts, knee and back hurt....flu like symptoms:(

It's really nice that they are here. They went to the lake with my wife and daughter, I stayed in bed:(
Sucks man. Keep up with the sleep, just heavily dose yourself like I do :-)

Got no sleep last night. Went out of bed 2 in the morning, got a matras put of the kids room, and tried to get some sleep in the living room.
No such luck.

Was sweating like a pig. Sheets and clothes all wet.

Tried to sleep during the day...no such luck again.

Just got out, it's almost 5 in the afternoon.

Taking some ibruprofen and some throat strepsils.

Have to see a doc to get antibiotics. Cost a **** load here in france, so hoping it will go away.

After one week of being sick and ****, I finally got a work out in.

This sport sucks....man, it was hard today.

Today will br my last day posying until wednesday, when I'm back home.

Did get a nice pump. Strenght was lower, but that's logical after a week of sickness and doing nothing.

Had a short night because my little princess decided to wake up early.

Holiday was sort of nice, but I'm pretty sure it will be more fun next year when my little princess is a little bit older.

Tomorrow back to the gym with my buddy.

He's still on ep15tane 60mg, and looks huge. He gained 7kg(15,4lbs) in 5 weeks....will have a hard time keeping up with him.

Luckely for me I have Ostar1ne and str3ngth, which I 'll be using the next couple of weeks starting tonight:)

After that a mini pct. Maybe october cycle time....yeah buddy!

Started 20mg of ostar1ne and 100mg of oral str3nght.

I love osta:)

Ostarine will definitely be my favorite. I've seen the lab results for purity;)

Trying the oral str3nght. The Dermastrenght seems to be more effective than the oral so will try that one later on.

Hard after a long time, but really like them a lot.

Really have a hard time finding the balance between home and gym time.

Wished I could go more often, but that's life....hopefully when I go back to work I can squeeze in another work out day in my in between hours.

It's definitely hard to find a balance with family, work, and gym! Just keep pushing forward! It will all balance out! :)
 
Yes I agree vacation should be more fun next year when the princess is a little older. Sounds like your buddy made some impressive gains.

My buddy really blew up.

15,4lbs+ and he has gotten a lot stronger.

Really have to up my game now;)

She has been home the past 1,5 year. Her former boss left without a trace when she was pregnant of our daughter.

Hard time finding work:(

Have 1 month left of 'social care' and then we have a problem. Have to make it through with just my salary which is not going to be enough, with our morgage, 2 cars and a little girl.

Anyway....you can imagine sitting at home all day has made her somewhat depressed.

Hopefully she finds something soon, even if it's something completely else.

Think and hope when she has something to do besides being a mom and housewife she'll be much happier....happy wife>happy husband

Maybe a more jacked husband. Lol

Yup. That's why I'm up at 0330 too. It would prob be a problem for the unit if it interrupted our normal together-time.

That really sucks. Maybe she has a passion for something that pays little? It be better than nothing, and it would fuel a desire for work. I dunno...

Almost a week on ostar1ne and str3ngth.

20mg osta and 100mg of str3ngth.

Muscles definetely fuller, strenght ia increasing(but that's logical after my holidays)

My training buddy is up 16 lbs, he is in week 6 of 60mg of Ep15tane.

His strenght is crazy right now. Normally I blast him away when doing presses, but now he managed to get 16 reps on 198lbs of decline presses where I just got 14+1.

Don't worry...I'll be back;)

It does have me thinking: Ep15tane and tr3st, or Dymethazi9e and tr3st.

Probably the dymethazi9e, since it's new for me.

First hoping to make same progress in this bridge.

Side note: I'm missing a some size, but I am lean as hell;)
