ECY vs fat burners for recomp/slight cut

What's up everybody

Recently finished my first cycle and have about a week left of pct. cycle was great pct was great everything's on point however I wasn't the best at dieting during pct so gained some extra fat/ water weight. My plan was to get to 210-215 and cut down to 205 but now I'm 203-208 (average am-pm weight) and I want to drop the fat so I can make the muscle I gained more visible. So my goal is to stay above 200 but leaner so my plan is to keep calories around maintenance (100+/- =3200-3400) and the only thing that would change is carbs (protein 350 carbs 275-325 and fat 75) and add in short cardio sessions 4 times a week (1-3 miles ran/biked/or combination of the 2)

I've ran ECY before and truly enjoy it I know it works to cut serious fat and everything but I thought to get suggestions on a fat burner first and opinions from you guys as to what might be the better run for more of a recomp then a cut and even what the good fat burners are .

Thanks everyone

Forgot to add the plan is to recomp for 6-8 weeks then if everything goes well and I stay above 200 like planned I'll do a quick 4 week cut to get as lean as possible before next cycle

ECY is always good but if you're looking to try something different norcodrene, shift and follidrone 2.0 would be a killer stack.

ECY is a fat burner stack and is cheaper/better than everything out there. Add Forskolin if you can afford it (which you probably can if you go ECY vs the "novel" fat burners)

ECY is very effective when it comes to weight loss but also has it's own negatives. There are some other benefits that an otc fat burner will provide that ECY doesnt. OxyMax Xt for example has F95 added in to help maintain maximal lbm as well as mood boosting ingredients that help you feel more energetic and lively in a caloric deficit that could leave you grouchy.
*disclaimer: I am not saying to stack ECY with Oxymax, just some other benefits of OTC fat burners*

Just be sure to work up your dosages and monitor Blood Pressure when combining E and Y. They each affect a different receptor, but the heart contains both. If you are susceptible to any negative reactions to the combination, it's like cutting your break lines (Y) and then stomping on the gas (E) for the heart.

ECY/ECA. Cheap and effective and also does a great job at sparing muscle tissue in a caloric deficit. ECY all the way

EC and ECY are both great options for fat burners, they're cheap and effective. There are some other OTC products available that will target fat loss from different angles. As mentioned above, there are products that include ingredients such as forskolin which has been studied to help increase lean body mass and decrease fat mass, as well as N-Phenethyl (eria jarensis) that can improve mental clarity, mood, and well being. These benefits can be a game changer when it comes to dieting and fat loss, and they aren't benefits you'll get from EC or ECY.

It comes down to what you're looking to get out of the supplement and what your focus is. If you get irritable and have issues with anxiety, ECY might not be the best route. I would suggest looking into Oxymax XT and Ignit3 as other options that offer great fat loss benefits with added benefits to improve body composition and increase mood.

If you do go with ECY, know how your body responds to yohimbine. If you are one that reacts poorly to it, some experience their heart racing, anxiety, etc. then opt for Alpha-Y. If you want to go the EC route and want to add alpha-y, TA2 Max is a product we offer that is solely alpha-y and black pepper extract, just for absorption.

Awesome lots of information thanks everybody.
To recap I've done the ECY before and had a successful cut my main concern is keeping as much weight as possible while still cutting strictly fat. So definitely will look into forskolin to add to the ECY possibly and like stated before keep calories 100+/- maintenance and will be adding a strength program so this will hopefully be more of a recomp then a cut. I hate seeing the scale go below 200

I am a fan of EC+Forkolin+TTA-500. I've run it twice for 8 week runs on a cut. Using EC+TTA-500 right now and might add in Forkoslin soon.

Thanks bro had actually read that before too great read. How do you think bronkaid could fit in there ? Would I have to change anything

Bronk-aid would be great. You could probably lower your yohimbe HCL dose. Start low and work your way up. Ephedrine would amplify the yhcl so less may be more.

Gunna have to look up tta haven't heard of it yet thanks bro

CHeck it out, great supplement. You can get it for around $23 for 60 servings as well (2 caps/day) which is a great price per serving.

EC is the best legal fat burning stack IMO.
