Ecigs/Vaping

Hey guys,

I know this is not generally a place to find smokers but just wondering if anyone else has made the change from cigarettes to ecigs/vaping?

I just got my ecig in the mail today with 18mg liquid or juice, it seems really satisfying - more than I expected. You can definitely feel the vapour on your throat which is nice.

That said, I don't feel like I can puff on it too much as much as a ciggie though before I start to get a bit spinny and get a bit of a nauseous/headache feeling so maybe next time I'll get less milligrams liquid so I can puff on it a bit more for the satisfaction stakes.

Anyhow, just thought it might be an interesting topic for discussion if anyone else is interested.

Cheers

last thursday marked my two year anniversary of vaping

surprised that 18 was too strong and caused nic overdose, it really depends on the atomizer and delivery system....i can use 12mg on some devices and others i don't dare go over 6mg, but it also depends on how often your smoking it

Yeah I'm starting to find now there's a lot of diff between batteries and atomisers etc etc but I think in the end it's just not meant to be treated like a cigarette in the sense of heading out for a smoke break and taking 10 or 12 drags or puffs over five mins...I feel the nicotine delivery is far more direct so thinking if I got less mg nicotine I could move towards that style a little more tho I guess it means more money on juice.

I guess one of the main reasons I have had trouble quitting is work...I really savour getting out of the office for five mins and having my ciggie break...last time I really tried quitting I used to walk the block but all I saw was other people standing out the front of their buildings smoking lol.

So after two years do u feel like you could quit vaping? Or are u happy just vaping and not interested in quitting altogether?

go have a vape break, i know a few guys i work with that go with the smokers....if your able to do that, i've never minded being around smokers really, the hardest for me wasn't big meals, wasn't alcohol....it's the golf course, being outside when it's beautiful out and your in the middle of the fairway, something about nature

but i do want to quit vaping, my goal by year 3 is to quit, i'm at 6mg's now for most of my liquids and only certain companies make 3mg....i'm wondering if i'll be just addicted to the hand to mouth action and i'll have to vape 0mg liquid for awhile

I'm on my 6th day of the non nicotine vapor cig
plus the nicorette quick mist at 1mg nicotine/spray.. I'm using this "stack" about 10-15 times a night ( I work 12 hr night shifts) and it's the first time I'm not missing the real thing...
At work I still go out with the smokers I just stay far enough from the cigarette smoke as it just chokes me up now, lol...
Had to get my car detailed cause the smell really bothered me, ha ha....
I'm hoping to b vapor n ( quick mist) free in 3 weeks n one day...
:)

I've recently started trying to quit as well. My problem is I can puff on the e cigarette and still want to go smoke 10 minutes later. Going to add Zyban and see if that helps. Anybody recommend flavor because tobacco flavor is terrible

Get higher nicotine mg in that e cig did u try logic?

Is there much differenece between the liquids from diff companies? I'm still on the three bottles supplied with my starter pack but as time goes on I'm finding them quite harsh on my throat..

i got in a big arguement with ppl over this earlier this week....my theory is all of ingredients should be the same thing, the flavors though are totally subjective and ppl do prefer some companies flavors over others
