PES Alphamine and Norcodrene have quite the following around here. Can anyone tell me which one is more effective for fat loss and muscle retention? Either proof or anecdotes behind a claim because I'm on the ledge deciding right now.
I might add that I would either be doing one of:
24mg E + 200mg caffeine twice/thrice daily
or
3 scoops of alphamine per day (2/1)
or
3 caps of norcodrene per day (2/1)
