EC stack side effects?

I have heard that EC stack is one of the best fat burner available but am concerned with its side-effects as I have read various threads and some serious effect on kidneys and blood pressure was mentioned. So what's your take on that ? If any one here have used this then can you please share your experience? And will there be less side effects if I reduce the dosage to 25/200 twice a day buy will it be effective at that dosage?

Sorry if there are some silly questions above as I am a total newbie in this regard.

25/200 only twice a day is good enough in my opinion
 
Lowering the dose to twice a day compared to three times a day will still bring good results. If you have any prior issues with high bp then I would monitor it while taking EC. As far as side effects with kidneys, I've never heard of anything like that. Just make sure you stay hydrated and you'll be fine.

In my experiences with it, I never had any issues with high bp. I did get some twitching and shaking from it at times, but nothing serious at all. If you're smart with dosing and you drink enough water, EC is very safe and incredibly effective.
 
Thanks for the advice. So I will give it a try at twice a day dosage. BTW how long EC stack can be used without taking a break? Are there any supplements that shouldn't be combined with this?
 
Some people use it for extended periods of time. I find it the most effective by following 8-12 weeks on, followed by at least 4-6 weeks off. Everyone will have a different opinion on cycling EC, but I find that after 8 or so weeks I don't feel it as much, so I like taking a break from it.

Make sure you stay away from additional caffeine, and any other stimulants. Some people like to stack other stimulants (yohimbine is a popular one) with EC, but while you're learning how your body responds to it I would stay away from any extra stims. Other than that there shouldn't be any conflicts with other supplements.
 
Thanks man. So I need to avoid the stim pre-workout (rsp dyno i m using atm) or it can be used as o source of caffeine for one of the dose. Also can I take a dose of EC before workout? And does it need to be taken empty stomach?

I always take my EC(Y) prewo in a fasted state. Taking it prewo especially for HIIT has worked real well for me.
 
Assess tolerance before taking EC before HIIT, that's not ever recommended. HIIT, if done correctly, gets your heart rate above 85% max HR. That combined with EC can be a recipe for disaster. I 100% do not recommend that OP.

To answer your previous question, you can take your stimmed pre, just take the ephedrine and not the caffeine. The pre-workout will act as the caffeine rather than taking 200mg on top of the caffeine in your pre-workout. I find that taking EC pre workout works well in terms of energy and focus. However, I would not suggest doing sprints, wingates, or any form of high intensity exercise that will get your heart rate too high. You will feel the effects more on an empty stomach, but its not necessary to do so.
 
Should've chose my words a little differently haha. By no means was I telling you to jump right into HIIT and EC. It took me a minute to be able to tolerate it but once I did, the benefits were great.
 
seems like you already have your answer in here but just to help verify it.
I personally take 25mg + 1cap OxyMax xt 2x daily when using EC. I prefer to take oxymax for my source of caffeine (although it is not necessary over straight caffeine) because of the other goodies. Definitely don't use caffeinated preworkouts while using an EC stack
