I am up to day 15 of a traditional EC stack, big time termo effectand cardio is a breeze which is normal but havent lost a pound? is it to early in the stack anyone experience similar? am I maybe a non responder for EC??

What's your diet like? Are you getting leaner even though the scale is staying the same? If so, I would say it is working pretty good.

yeah leaning out and feeling it fo sho' just not as a number on the scale. Does adding an Asprin help a ton or is most of the effects realized by the EA alone, any idea???

Don't pay any attention to SCALE WEIGHT - it's irrelevant. BODY COMPOSITION is what matters. If you're leaning out, but body mass is staying the same, then you're losing bodyfat and gaining muscle mass - which is a win win situation.

Also, do you drink lots of coffee? if you are used to cafeine, then not sure the Cafeine will have much impact on you.

Do you have a clue what your doing? By this post, It really scares me that you don't know and you are using ephedrine.

First off, if your leaning out, why in the world do you care if the scale moves, are you trying to burn muscle or something?

yes I do... I m trying to cut a little weight not just BF. Just want to get a little lighter over all. What gives you an indication that Im clueless w this?

I see it the way I did because this is a "weightlifting" community and most of us like to keep our hard earned muscle. Most people would be jumping around doing heel clicks in they were able to transform their body in a positive direction in terms of dieting and maintain their current weight.

What is your reasoning for wanted to drop pounds, when you are already making progress? Are you doing something where you need to make a weight requirement for work, competition, etc?
