EC and Alpha T2 weird dosing scheme...

I just took a week break from a 4 week EC stack with Alpha T2.

I was looking to do this:

M/W/Sat/Sun 1 dose of EC Stack upon waking

T/Thurs/F 2 caps of Alpha T2 upon waking

Reason for this weird scheme is because of track practice and I'm avoiding EC and sprints or "HIIT". Trying to cut down before the season starts.

Will this be effective?

I will still be effective but obviously not as effective as daily. But I also think it will allow you to run it for a longer period of time without a break, so in the long run it could be equally effective
