Yea from deep squats my back like buckled on the way up

No lifting for another 7 days or so been laying around. Diet had been fine but I'm not happy since I was the best shape I've been in in years and well on my way to my goal if continued

So basically you invest all this money into supplements but dont have a set workout program, or nutritional goals per day at all? are you weighing yourself at all? because these percentages are probably no where close to accurate. i want to be 9% by this date just sounds silly. you have to lose weight to lose bodyfat and if you want to get an accurate bf% get a dexa( its an x-ray that can tell you how much fat you have from your right arm to your left) if you can afford it a better measure would be if you are losing weight but getting stronger either in reps or weight on the bar.

Not exactly the case I have high and low days. I'm 9% now. I adjust everything by weight n body fat levels. This way I know when I need low days and when I need high days

Set routine no. Things change daily so I adjust to it period the end. Workout routine changes but I keep same basic compound movements

Had a set back 2 weeks ago with a herniation so workouts changed. Which is why I say I do things day to day
