Eating while on a cycle... clean or dirty

to keep things straight up front, I am eating a good CLEAN diet.

However, I see some people referring to dirty bulking. Some people it works for and others it doesnt. If you aren't sure, then stay away from it, and eat clean.

Can someone explain this a little better for me? Dirty eating as in lots of fast food, carbs, and sugars? What exactly would happen to someone on a cycle if they ate this way? Get fat?

Why would it work well for some and not others?

I did some searches already and cant really seem to get a good explanation.

Same reasoning that some people can eat pizza and cheeseburgers all day, and never get fat. Others are super carb sensitive.

I have dirty bulked, and I liked it. I ate almost anything I felt like. I did gain alot of weight too. But' the gains weren't quite as good looking as if I had been eating good foods. I did gain more fat on that cycle than I ever have before. Really wasn't worth it cuz I had to fight to drop the fat later.
 
Eat clean, but, if that little voice says, "I want something greasy," then this would be the best time to do it due to increased nutrient repartitioning.
 
as i etco, i say EAT ANY THNG U WANT TO ON.

a wise man told its its okay to eat a few slices of greasy pizza as long as you wash it down with 60g of protein
 
I ate dirty bulking but ended up bloated ! If you eat clean I would consume more of everything ....more protein ,more carbs ,fats but good clean ! Good luck wt cycle ....I would recommend clean even when bulking !
 
clean bulk will be healthier to some extent for obvious reasons but i dont see any harm in throwing in some extra cals if theres somthin tasty lookin
