Eating on the run.. Need help

Type O Hero

Banned
I work at one of the busiest restaurants along the gulf coast as a server, so I'm pretty much nonstop working for 5-7ish hours at a time.

What are some snacks I can take with me? Stuff that I can graze on.. Sometimes I may only have a couple of minutes to eat.

Just went to the store and got some protein bars, granola and some almonds.

Any help would be appreciated

I have the same situation at times and have always relied on mixing some natural foods in the blender and taking them to work in liquid form.
Veggies, oats, tuna and or chicken can all be blended with some juice and made drinkable.
Also stuff like...
Natural Jerky (Us Wellness Beef no nitrates)
Friuts
Veggies
Rice cakes
Peanut butter
Hard Boiled eggs (can be smelly for co workers)
Almonds/nuts trail mixes
Chunk of dark chocolate at times

Lots of possibilities for good naturals healthy foods/snacks IMO.

Jerky jerky and more jerky! A good quality protein bar goes a long way also.

I meant this!!

Grab a few bites off the customers plate :-)

Take a cooler or lunch box with you can keep it filled with nut, sandwiches, protienbars, an other quick snacks. Grab the food when you can.

To tell you the truth...rice cakes.
They don't melt, they just are awesome. Carbs and 1 g protein. Pork rinds, nuts
My personal favorite are home made chicken bites. Cook them, bread or marinade them and eat them from a plastic baggie. Pastrami too.

Peanut butter.

Pre bake protien brownies.

Home made apple crisp

Grapes

List goes on.

easy, just make yourself a mass gainz shake before you leave to work and store it in a cooler at work .. you can either sip on it or guzzle it during your shift.
either way you will get an excellent source of protein/carbs/fats in a delicious high calorie drink.

Beef/Turkey Jerky
Mass Gainz shake
Protein Brownie (egg, whey, little water) put in microwave 1 min done
Nuts
Granola
Berries
These are some of the things I have with me as I walk campus between classes when I am not at work.
