My preworkout meal is my favorite meal of the day..and the recipe is rediculously simple. 2 pieces of wheat bread, peanut butter, and honey. Boom done

Thats breakfast. 2whole eggs +5 whites.40g shake with a cup of oats 2tbsp of PB a banana 8oz of water and 8oz milk

i dont eat breakfast
 
8oz flank steak 6oz white potato 1 hour before. Just before I leave to hit the gym I down 1 cup of pineapple or blueberries.
 
Two PB sandwiches and a Whey Protein shake 40 mins before workout 45 if leg day.

Any idea why I'm not gaining muscles? I tried to eat more carbs but Im getting belly fat. I'm trying to keep my abs. I eat every 2 hours. Planty protein
 
Best protein shake mrp or pre workout:
2 scoops peanut butter choco whey
Milk till required consistency is found
1 packet oatmeal
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
Few ice cubes

Throw in blender and bam! Both amazing and nutritious

start a thread and people will help you out..probably too many carbs making yur body insulin resistant.idk
