I was told to apply twice a day to the needed area. Just one spray each time.

I followed that dosing and it helped a Ton!! I have a nice little stock pile of it now..

It helps to lower inflammation.

Low inflammation puts you in a better healing state.

EPharm is a great company and Joint Force is a great product!
Another good one is Skeletal Balm by NTBM. (I love the smell of it.^^)
