is seems to be working, but this crap doesnt dry for me at all. i spray it on my chest and it just stays liquid gooey for 30 minutes or so, after a few minutes can i just wipe the excess off? or should i just put a shirt on and leave it be?

Rub it in. Don't put a shirt on till its dry. Shouldn't take too long if you rub it in good.

i put it on my forearms so it doesn't rub off......armpits is another good spot.
