If your naturally a skinny person my advice is to just eat like crazy, eat everything that's not tied down and lift heavy, stick to the compound movements(Benches,squats,rows,deadlifts and keep the reps on the lower side 5-8 you'll grow...But you have to eat BIG...even when your not hungry..

Yeah "The One" is catching my eyes like crazy. For my cycle in the summer do u guys think it would be better to do a whole new compound or do the same one if it works. I was reading in a log that you shouldnt do a compound 2 cycles in a row.
Body Weight=227 BP=116/69
End result- Strength gains were awesome, weight went from 213-232. BP stayed pretty close to normal at 115/67. Overall awesome product, id make sure to drink lots of water because urine was usually dark and my body felt thirsty more then usual.
