Since this contains Methionine, shouldn't it be supplemented with folate, vitamin b12 and/or vitamin B6 to reduce homocysteine?

i take my multi mid day,so i can take the multi with whatever preworkout im taking anyway.i take my one multi am and the other pre,so assuming that should help with the vit B situation
Non workout days? best time to take it,assuming am empty stomach first thing am? i have a physical job,so it would be utilized well.
