That's a great idea about the treadmill. I need to start doing a couple sprints pre-WO again. Got me pumped fast. I planned on doing that today but I was late to the gym.

We all have down days. Add an extra half-scoop of GameDay.

Maybe that is my problem! I haven't started Gameday yet. I am trying to finish some of these other tubs i have, but when you are ready then We can start Gameday.

I sweat my butt off this morning. Bad calories or whatever, my PWO's carried me through my workout. I am pleased with my leg presses, but I definitely want to add a few hundred pounds to that. Rack-Pulls felt great for my first time trying them but I bet I could beat that by a lot with straps. I need to get some...

I probably won't post eats until tomorrow. My wife made a comment that I spend a lot of time planning, making, and tracking my food, so I'll add dinner cals in the AM. I prepare my lunches on Sunday, so every day at this time I will be at 1736 calories, 195p/115c/50f, and will destroy some carbs for dinner.

How low do you set the bar for RPs? Also, a over/underhand (mixed) grip should help, but straps definitely need to be added in on the quick with these since you're absolutely overloading the body.

You two should quickly grow to love this movement.

And the increased hunger seems to be tied into PRxt, as your body is targeting the additional adrenoreceptors through the body would be my guess.

Starting today I'll be at 2079 calories; 202p/162c/62f by 1600. I too am STARVING all day. Killing food now. :)

I do right at the knee, but it's gonna be somewhat variable between people depending on ham/lowerback flexibility. Hairline below sounds plenty good.

I had mine set a few inches below the knee, but i have extremely long arms so this feels comfortable for me.
I may try straps, but I am going to be limited off the bat because of my grip strength from having 3 surgeries on my left wrist and having my proximal carpal row fused together. Makes it a pain to do some stuff.
 
2 PR-XT taken at 0615 with Pre-workout, 2 PR-XT taken at 0900 with post workout feeding frenzy.
I had to split my workout before and after formation, and I ran out of time so I didn't get weighted dips in. I then noticed that @Invalid Link Removed added 6 ways in, so I will do the 6 ways and weighted dips around noon. Still plenty of energy so I will be A-OK.

Had some elbow issues which prevented more weight on the rows, and I was able to push through it for the most part with the other execises.

I like it so far. I dont have any complaints, that is.

It's hard to tell what has happened in a week though. I see a difference in the mirror and at times I *feel* stronger, but I've also been eating more than I have been over the previous 3-4 months.

I have a feeling I'm going to put on some awesome gains an want to run this again, but we'll see what happens over the next several weeks.

Giant MAN size sh!ts! That is about it. And hunger. Nothing negative. Stomach handles it pretty well. I feel like I am getting ridiculous pumps when I work out. Vascularity is up, and my muscles feel fuller.

Thanks, and yeah, playing Army has a load of downsides. I hit 8 years this month. Time to make THE CHOICE, stay for 20 or get the fuk out!! Soul search time!
Not many jobs pay you this well to stay fit though

My veins were outta control during Delt destroyers this morning. And yes, I see some veinage now, many hours after working out!

Yeah, I'm at about a half gallon so far. Drinking slow today because I am riding with someone who never stops on bathroom breaks. Hopefully I'll be in my own car soon...

Oh, well. I usually drink a half gallon before 0900, i did today and just didn't refill it. Maybe 20-30 oz since then.

So, apparently I did external rotations. Damn jefit showed the wrong example. The picture is right but when you click on it it shows the guy doing external rotations.

I loved them, actually! But after the first rep I realized the squeezed my back and core really nice, and were supposed to do back tomorrow. ;) Gonna save those!

I've never been able to focus correctly with them, and just figured using a cable would be even more pita. I have a massive knot in my right lat that destroys my MMC on some movements, no bueno.

There are plenty of other things to do anyway. I'm trying as many new things as possible because I went years doing the SAME exercises and seeing no results. Imagine that.

Get that knot taken care of! I hope I get my massage in ten minutes. They cancelled me Saturday.

They were tough for me even with what appears to be small weight. I made some funny faces on the last couple reps!!

Oh they are tough indeed, last time I did them my wife walked by and asked why I look either pi$$ed off or in pain lol. If you watch the youtube video, Meadows himself uses 10lbs.

I watched a video on your thread, but didn't pay attention to the weights. I thought I was going to start with 20's. lol. I was wrong!
 
I agree six ways are great, my new favorite shoulder exercise. So your taking your first pr-xt pre w/o on an empty stomach, second with post w/o shake and third with a meal later in the day, is that correct?

Yes, i believe registerjr is doing that as well. Is that consistent with proper protocol?

It says to take them with meals spread through out the day but I train in the morning fasted with just my pre w/o so I would do the same. At least two of the doses are with meals. It looks fine to me, I don't see anything wrong with having one dose on an empty stomach

Yeah, that is the only way I can do it, no way I am getting up early enough to eat, digest, then take my pre-workout. I do add some bcaa's to my Pre, so the PR-XT has something going down with it.
