DTH question

So hockey season is finally over and I'm trying to bulk up this summer.

What type of results would I see if I added DTH to my workout regime.

I plan on completely re-doing my diet and nutrition when I move home this week.

I'm 5'11'' and 145lbs, I'm looking to add 20-30lbs over the next few months or so, can DTH help me achieve this goal?
 
If you want to stay "clean" and not use DS/prohormones , then maybe start looking at creatine mono (the only creatine with science behind it) and a nutrient partitioning agent such as neovar . It will enable you to eat carbs without getting fat and shuttle nutrients into the muscle . Thats the theory, i dont speak from experience , it just that i started this regime today.I dont intend to go overboard on carbs though and i am hoping that i wont suffer from a sugar crash .Reviews/ reports ive read suggest no side effects with this supplement .Good luck

DTH is your best option if you are looking to add strength and size to your frame. There are plenty of logs on here that reflect this. You will enjoy the ride trust me, as DTH is the champ. It can be stacked with DT2010, and or Sunami to add to the effects.
 
I loved my first run on DTH so much I'm now running it again.

In all honesty though, at 5'11" 145lbs I would say lift and EAT.
 
Yeah, you can pretty much close your eyes, grab a dart, and throw it at a poster of all the get Diesel products and be perfectly happy with whatever one you get. I've tried everything I've wanted to from the line, and I am not disappointed at all. Better yet, I don't think I ever will be. Good luck!!
 
honestly, i would let the first 2 months come from eating and maybe creatine. when you feel your gains are starting to come slow throw in DTH and hold on for the ride!

For me personally, DTH makes me gain over 10 lbs a month, im running it for about 1.5 months. I eat really good too though!

note: this is not a prohormone and will NOT make you test dirty, i dunno if that is a concern of yours
 
testing isn't really too much of a concern for me. in fact, I'm more worried about testing positive for thc than any of this stuff, haha.

ok well, THC was shown to have lowered testosterone levels in lab rats. Very small amounts actually increased t levels for a brief period of time. But higher amounts and prolonged usage lowered t levels significantly.

So in conclusion, you wanna boost your testosterone and build muscle, stop smoking the kush
 
Yeah, I definitely wouldn't be classified as a 'stoner'

It's more of a once a month type thing so I'm not too worried about it. Thanks for the information though, I had no idea about that kinda of stuff until I hopped on this forum a few days ago.
