Well, since theirs one guy on the forum I know I can trust to always have the answer, or at least be truthful that you don't - After read B5150 post on using green as a multi, what would you say to replacing my NOW ADAM with this:

Also, whats the chance RPN could come up with some type of Greens super-food type multi?

This is something we've been working on for quite a while. While I can get a premixed greens fairly easily, what we are doing instead is scouring a whole host of pre-contest and bulking diets for the phytocontents, then having those greens isolated. I'm going to add in a few more select things - but for the most part those greens formulas contain a lot of filler.

You need to know where these plant supplements come from. Most growers use some form of pesticide, herbicide, and so on, and these contaminents are concentrated in the processing of the supplement. Most harvesters take over 2 weeks to process the harvested plant, which is sitting and decomposing for that time period. And if these supplements are checked for potency, its usually done based on what is found in the plant that has just been harvested, not the completed batch of supplement powder. However, if you can find a good phytonutrient supplement they are highly recommended. I have heard there are upwards of six thousand phytonutrients that play a role in our health, and we know a little about a handful.

I thought the NOW phytogreens was quite good, considering the ingredient profile, servings per container and price.

Dsade i would love for you to make a SUPER ALKALINE drink. This would be a miracle drink simply because most of societies illnesses and diseases thrive and arise in our acidic lifestyles and diets. A wheatgrass with the root included, alfalfa, spinach, beetroot, coral calcium, acai, lemon and lime juice, apple, watermelon, tomatoe...
