DS reps please read IMMEDIATELY

Doing some blood work for you guys and the nurse says the lab needs some sort of diagnosis code for the lab to accept the blood. No idea what this is, but she said to get it from the company. DS doesn't have any number to contact on their site, so i am hoping one of you reps could find out what this code is. This doesn't have anything to do with billing, just a code so they can see the reason the blood work is being done.

Need this within the next 2 hours! Thanks guys
