Hi guys, I am looking to take my physique to the next level, my stats are, 5ft 11in, 176lb male. I have been training hard consistently for 5 and a half years and moved from 135 all the way to 215 with the assistance of any ph or test and now back down to a much leaner muscle bound 176, I have tried lots of diets and have settled using carb backloading. I enjoy backloading because it fits into what I am trying to do, which is lose fat while still building muscle and taking in enough carbs so the big three still feel strong, I don't load with really dirty stuff and keep my diet and supplementation strong and clean, I train 7 days a week and always have a designated squat bench and deadlift day with a lot of assistance after, other days are strictly hypertrophy and some heavy breathing,mostly interval training. I have been currently treating my brain via nuerofeedback to rewire it to a more healthy state (not looking for opinions on that) and also optimizing every hormone possible with the help of my endocrinologist, seeing as both things were operating at a serious deficit, both brain and endocrine system, I do both those things because I need them, I looked under the hood and things were not so great, so I am treating the abnormalities. So this is what I am wondering and where I am at, I am about to start my 6th week of TRT, and that 6th week will be my second pin at 200mg, all pins have been and will be with test cypionate, and all previous pins were at 150mg. We are also going to begin treating with Hydrocortisone, a low dose in the morning and afternoon to bring up my garbage cortisol levels and give my adrenals a break. So my questions are, should I just wait until the test starts kicking in to see how I respond, seeing as I have felt zero effects from any of my pins thus far, I know sometimes it can take over two months? How will a prohormone react with the test I am already and will be taking? Is it okay to take a prohormone with hydrocortisone and how will they react? How will taking a prohormone affect or will it affect my quest in optimizing my hormonal system and brain function? How would my pct, oct look different, seeing as I am already on bio identicals? I am planning on waiting until my brain functions are super healthy and normalized and my test has kicked in and is stable/topped off and optimal (around 1200) and other hormones and nuerotransmitters are healthy before trying anything, I just do not want to compromise anything I have worked so hard for, this would be my first and probably only prohormone cycle and if during the 4-6 weeks there are some side effects I can deal with that as long as after I am done, I can keep my gains and the sides will go away shortly. So the above are my questions in regards to whatever prohormone you all would think is best in relation to these goals: I am 176 looking to end up close to 200 pounds, my bodyfat percentage is 7.5% probably a little less now, looking to drop a minimum of 2% off that, I am vascular and striated in some areas but I am looking to further progress to an even more dry and muscular look, all this while messing with my brain and body as little as possible or not at all. Sorry for the novel, I realize this is long but I would rather not be the bro dick who just tells you how much I bench, my goals, and then ask you to fix me. -Ty
