Considering that's the day after a pizza and I was easily 4-6lb heavier they don't look too shabby :)

Right so I decided to hit up the gym today after a rest day yesterday , still continuing my deload week to give my body a break, plus no pre workouts this week either.

Chest-

5 mins of stretching and warming up with DB's

Incline DB press-

70x 8 (4 sets)

Incline DB fly's-

30x 10 (4 sets)

Dips-

BWx 8-10 (3 sets)

Seated chest press (machine)-

110x 8-10 (4 sets)

Flat BB bench-

135x 10 (4 sets)

And sadly that's it :( deload weeks are crap, just want to throw around some heavy weight and train till failure. But sometime you have to have a break :)

Cardio-

15mins elliptical- 200cals

Diet-

2200 calories today

220-250g Carbs
160-170g Protein
50-60g Fat

Morning weight- 192lb... Only 1lb :(

But in my defence I had 2 days off from the gym, one due to being poorly and the other was my missed alarm yesterday :(

Not to mention the pizza to make myself feel better haha :)

Still at least a 1lb is a pound... Also I can guarantee I should be sat at 190lb minimum.. Purely by the mirror.

Sorry about this week guys, it's annoyed me so much having time out, I wouldn't care if I wasn't already 80% through this log.

Mini review- week 3:

Carnage- gives me the tingles all the time haha, especially as it's split up to dose 2x a day.. Nothing else to add here.

Shred ultra- thermogenic properties of this are insane!! Sweating all the damn time, even when eating haha. Fantastic product.

Riptide- another great product, really helps to keep unwanted water off my body, makes me super thirsty though... Going through a minimum of 1 1/2gallons per day.. Normally 2.

Somnidren- one of... If not the best sleep aid I've ever taken, it really helps with feeling refreshed upon waking... Well 5 mins after waking to be honest, recovery is up too.

CRE02- this is allowing my muscles to stay full and it's definitely added some strength to my lifts, mainly just an extra rep or 2... But that's what it's for :) it's not meant to add 50lb to a bench.

So overall still very pleased with this stack.

I promise this week guys to really nail everything, this week has really annoyed me so I'm even more dedicated.

It's the last week (starting Monday) so I'm going to push for 3lb's this week.. Should be easy.

sounds good bro. if you really want to make this last week count. be super strict on your diet (no cheat meal or refeeds)
get in some extra cardio too if you can and drink lots of water. plus don't forget to take your Shred Ultra :)

Back day.

No deadlifts today... Felt weird, but my calfs are in agony and I tried to warm up with 135... Felt like a ton. So didn't bother with them today.

Wide grip lat pulldowns-

155x failure (4 sets)

Smith machine rows (underhand)-

135x failure (4 sets)
175x failure (2 sets)

Seated rows, wide grip -

265x failure (4 sets)

Lat pullovers (cable)-

45lb x 20 (3 sets)

Today was chesticles... Don't train chest on Mondays because it's too much effort trying to find a bench... Even at 6.30am.

Chest-

Flat BB bench-

5 min warming up and stretching with bands.
135x failure (4 sets)

Incline DB press-

70x failure,
negatives and controlled, I twist the DB like in an Arnold press, so they start with palms facing at the bottom of the movement, then rotate when at *******.. (4 sets)

Flat DB flys-

45x failure (4 sets)

Standing pec dec-

110x failure (3 sets)

Seated pec dec-

135x failure (3 sets)

Seated chest press (machine)-

135 x failure, negatives and controlled (4 sets)

Incline hammer press-

1 plate each side x 10
2 plates each side x10 (2 sets)
3 plates each side x8 (3 sets)

And that's it for chest today, nothing heavy today as I wasn't feeling it, decided in more of a contraction/pump workout.

Not a bad work out brother for feeling like shat! LOTS of water and don't be afraid to rest a couple of days sometimes pushing through isn't the thing to do. Learned that one the hard way.

Morning update...

No gym and no work today, I've been up ALL night with chronic headaches, dizziness and diarrhoea. I am not going to take any supps today as I don't think shred ultra or riptide would be a good idea lol.

Sorry guys, going to keep my water intake up as I'm constantly dehydrated.
 
sucks getting sick during a log or anytime for that matter. Rest up bro. Take your vitamins and
drink plenty of water. If you have some good BCAA's maybe take those too. Especially the ones
from MST that have Electrolytes in them.

Felt awful again... Starting to feel better now finally (2.45pm) so I should be back to it tomorrow.

Hoping to get in the gym but it may just be work.

I didn't take any supps again... What I've decided to do is discount this week, then go hard next week, by not take 2x days worth of supps from this week, I can get a 5 day run next week... Seems more fair to nail everything next week and give it a great finishing week.

This is from top to toe all over rash!!!! I think it's an allergic reaction to a plant I ripped out the garden yesterday.

So no gym and no work today, rang the docs and they said to just rest, no hot baths and try not to sweat as it will aggravate it.

So angry as today was the first day I felt better after all of last week!!

Life is throwing me some sh!t these past few weeks.

I'm going to take my supps anyway and stick to my diet, just no cardio or weights today... Going to hopefully get back in tomorrow and destroy it!!!

Hey guys, update...

No work or gym yesterday as you know, today I'm back at work but no gym.

This is because when I was watering the garden last night I started sweating a little.... This aggravated the rash so I've decided to hold off today, diet is on point and So is supplementation... Let's hope tomorrow it's completely gone :)

This was new and fun to try out, don't put a lot of weight on though or you will just rise up off the floor haha..

Right guys, been super busy the past 2 days, if you like I can post the workouts? But this is my final review of the MST cutting stack that I got sent :)

First off a HUGE thanks to MST and jwa for hooking me up!!

Also thanks to everyone who has been following along... I'd tag you all but it would take me an age to go back through all the pages haha.

So my goal of this 4 week cycle of fat burning was to lose between 10-15lb... Well morning weight today I hit 189 :)

How awesome is that!! I started off the journey at 200lbs. Now if you've been following along you would have known that I had to miss at least 4 days off the gym due to illness, which I'm still annoyed about... Either way, just imagine the results if I could have added those extra days in!!!!

Shred ultra-

So the recap for shred ultra was overall a fantastic experience, it made me sweat like nothing I've ever experienced before, even doing tasks like watering the garden.. I was drenched in sweat! It didn't crush my appetite at all, that's a shame because I'm always damn hungry haha. I could actually 'feel' it working which was nice.

Riptide-

This was a fantastic product, I am terrible for water retention, this managed to keep it well under control and I was very very impressed, the day after a cheat day for me I'm normally 6-10lb heavier!! Well while taking riptide I was keeping that under 3-4lb!! Then the day after I would be back to normal again. Really blown away by this product, made me urinate all the damn time though... To be fair that was probably also due to drinking 2 gallons of water a day haha.

CRE02-

This was a nice addition to the stack as it kept my strength up and even added it in some areas while cutting which is always a bonus! Not to mention the muscle fullness was also great.

Somnidren-

Was very impressed with this sleep aid, it didn't 'knock me out' but I found that I was able to fall asleep faster and I remained in a good sleep all night, I found myself waking up feeling slightly 'groggy' but after 5mins I felt refreshed and great! Ready for the day!!

Carnage-

This is an odd supp as I didn't know what to expect or see.. To be honest I didn't notice anything from this supplement (physically) except I got tingles after taking the dose.. Obviously that's the BA in the product, from my understanding it's designed to help shuttle nutrients into the muscles which is why it's ideal to be dosed pre and post workout.

So my final thoughts are that the products all worked fantastic together and I clearly got great results from this stack, had I not been ill I could have probably dropped an extra 1lb or even 2lb. Either way I'm happy :)

Clearly. :) great fat burning results.

What would I change?

The only thing I might change is to potentially drop the Carnage, simply because I didn't fell it did a great deal for me physically.. It may have done a lot of background work however it wasn't clearly evident.
