Dropping fat...Dropping Water..Making gains!

Morning weight 194 :)
Hopefully can see this hit 193 this week... Something is working as im 100% sure im leaning out everyday but not dropping weight, that could be related to the CRE02, laxogenin or something else... Who knows :)

Today I decided on another back session as im trying to get my deadlift strength back up…
Plus I watched a video by Garrett from Massthetics on YouTube and he always gets me pumped with his ridiculous deadlift strength.

Deadlifts:

5min warm-up/stretch
Bar x 10
135x 5
225 x3
315 x2
405x 2 (these went up super quick!)
440x 2
495x 1

Next week im working on defecit pulls from 3”.

Lat pulldowns-

170x failure (4 sets)

Seated cable rows (chest supported)-

135x failure (4 sets)

Underhand BB Rows-

135x failure (3 sets)
225x failure (3 sets)
135x failure (1 set)

DB Rows-

70x failure (3 sets)

Back extensions (machine)-

Full stack x failure (3 sets)

SLDL’s-

315x 5 (3 sets)

Cardio-

200cals of Elliptical Machine

Do you like daily weigh ins...?

Personally I hate them... much rather do it once a week and see the big number at the end,
rather then the ups and downs of every day :)

I hate them... This is the first time I've done it for more than 2 days in a row... Just wanting to see how riptide basically is affecting me.

Technically there should be daily changes if water is being 'stripped' out.

I don't know what a scale is anymore! Damn fcuker! Haha

Morning weight... I was running late today so didn't have time to weigh myself.
Looking lean though :)

Went for a boulder shoulder session today.

Side lateral raises-

10x 20 (warm-up)

35x failure, 25x failure, 16.5x failure. (5 sets)

Rear delt fly's-

35x failure into 25x failure (4 sets)

Smith Machine shoulder press-

Bar x 10 (the bar is 45lb)
Bar + 2x 25lb plates (90lb) x 15 (2 sets)
Bar + 2x45lb plates (135lb) x 10 (2 sets)
Bar + 2x45lb + 2x 25lb (175lb) x6 (2 sets)

Seated side delt raises (machine)-

70x failure (single arm) 4 sets

Static holds-

16.5x as long as possible (2 sets)

Cardio-

15mins on Elliptical- 200cals.

That was it for today, I am getting leaner without a shadow of a doubt... Even if the scale may say different daily.

Saturday morning weigh in will be the real test as that's 6days of dieting.

Thanks

EDIT: Bonus picture from today post workout.

Agreed. Mirror shot looks good, brotha. Keep it up.

Thanks man. Appreciate it. Going to see how much I weigh on Saturday and judge my diet from there. Really want to get it nailed for the next 2 weeks.

MST supps are working no doubt though. Fantastic products!

Unfortunately thats how it goes brother. Its the first place to go on and the last place to come off :(

I have considered the idea of a topical fat burner too, not during this current run but in the future... See if that helps, there is a potential that the 'idea' works but whether it does it not is a different matter.

One I've seen from GenX labs looks interesting (lean cream)

Check out EvoMuse Topicals. The Eviscerate Series is for fat under skin and the Abliderate Series in for Visceral Fat around organs.
Both series work well and have a huge following.

I'll check that out for sure! Thanks man.

Yeah, these are solid products.

Decided not to weigh myself today in preparation for tomorrow weigh in... :)

I'm really hoping to see 193 on those scales.

Anyway today's workout....

Leg day bitches!!!

Squats-

5min stretching and warming up
Bar x10
135 x8
225 x3
315 x5 (3 sets)
355x 2 (2 sets) would have done 3x3 with a spot.

SLDL's-

135x 10
225 x 5
315 x3 (3 sets) explosive.

Leg extensions-

135x 30 (3 sets)

Single leg extensions-

70x failure (4 sets)... No break between sets, basically one massive set.

Lying ham curls-

90x failure (3 sets)
90x failure, 60x failure, 45x failure, 25x failure (1 set)

Close stance leg press-

Full stack x failure (4 sets)

Calf raises-

225x failure, into BW x failure (4 sets)

Donkey calf raises-

Can't remember weight x failure (3 sets)

And that's it for leg day, nothing crazy just hard work, ridiculous amounts of sweating!!!

No cardio as I ran out of time :(
Hopefully work cardio will help me today.

Thanks

Im pulling for you bro... lets see some pounds shed :)

Thanks man... It's weird because normally I can lose weight quite easily but this cut seems to be causing some difficulties. I'm sure I'm not eating over maintence... 2200cal per day + workout + cardio + work lol

Sometimes there's lots of hidden calories.
That were not counting.

Olive oil or cooking oil
Juice or other sweet drinks
Creme in coffee
Etc

Morning weight... 193lb! So happy about that, even though I'm mainly judging by mirror now, I can see my physique changing greatly :)

No gym today, I will be training arms tomorrow though (hopefully).

Thanks

Glad to see you're still making progress. I think vujade made a good point about hidden calories. Also, I like that you're using the mirror. Sometimes the scale doesn't tell the whole story.

Congrats bro.... whats that 7lbs so far..? :)

Yeah buddy :)

Yeah for sure, I'm going to watch cals a little more closely next week and allow myself 100 for milk in tea/coffee too.

Scale doesn't tell the whole story.
That's why I like to take measurements too.
It sometimes validates progress even when the scale doesn't agree

Well today I didn't weigh myself as I forgot... However it was chest day yesterday and I consumed a lot of burgers, sausages and other salty items... Obviously still took riptide and shred along with CRE and Carnage... I would estimate my weight to be easily 198-200.

Today I managed to train arms and get some cardio in along with cardio from walking with the family.

Arms-

Everything was super sets today.

BB curls into Skull crushers-
BB curls 65x failure, 65x failure SK's (3 sets)
BB curls 90x failure, 90x failure SK's (2 sets)

Standing DB curls into Tate press-
Curls 35x failure, 40x failure Tate press (4 sets)

Strict wall curls into French press-
45x failure curls, 45x failure French press (4 sets)

Preacher curls into dip machine-
70x failure curls, full stack x failure dips (4 sets)

Cardio-

15mins elliptical (200cals)

Week 2 review:

So this signals the end of week 2, so far I'm 7lb down which is great!

Going to really try and nail the diet for the last 2 weeks to get the absolute most out of this stack.

Shred ultra-

This is a great fat burner and one of only a few that I really feel working due to its thermogenic abilities, sweating is like nothing I've ever experienced... Within 15mins of taking them I'm sweating just getting dressed or walking to the kitchen haha.

Riptide-

This is an interesting products because I didn't expect I would feel anything but I know it's working due to just how often I have to pee... Granted I upped my water by about 1/2 a gallon but even so it's impressive and I can see daily changes with water loss.

Carnage-

This gives me the tingles during workout and after, obviously due to the beta alanine.. Apart from that, no noticeable effects.

Somnidren-

This stuff is fantastic, it doesn't 'knock me out' which is good as I'm sure it's not meant to lol... I wake up in the AM ever so 'groggy' but within 5-10mins I feel totally refreshed.

CRE02-

I'm sure this product is aiding with strength and size during this cut! Muscle fullness is fantastic too, don't really ever look flat :)

So there you have it for week 2. So far it's been great!!!!

nice update brother..! Great job on the 7lbs so far :)

Thanks man... Hopefully another 7 to come! That would be nice :)

Ive had months like that previously, but it was when i was heavier and had more to lose.
Now I'm happy with 6lbs in a month @ this stage of the game.

Yeah man for sure... Even 6lb a month is great! I'd be happy with that for sure.

Right so this week I decided on a bit of a 'deload' I feel like my CNS is a little fried tbh.

I started the week off with back. All reps are generally between 8-10 at around 50/60% of normal working sets.

Wide grip lat pull downs-

135x 8 (4 sets)

Standing Cable rows-

Full stack x 10 (4 sets)

Hammer machine rows-

1x45lb plate each side x 10 (4 sets)

Wide grip pull-ups-

BW x6-8

Seated cable rows-

225x 8 (4 sets)

Smith machine rows-

1x25lb plate each side x 10 (4 sets)

I actually decided to call it a day after that... Didn't want too much more volume as its supposed to be a deload. I have to admit that I don't feel as knackered after the session, but I also don't feel like I've had a 'good' workout.

Cardio-

15mins elliptical- 220cals

I'm having a dilemma at the moment though, as you may or may not know... Carnage contains beta alanine, the preworkout I'm currently taking has a fair amount of BA too... Therefore I'm constantly itching lol... Normally a bit of itching doesn't bother me, however this makes me want to pull my skin off :)

Think I may have to use up some of my other pre's with less/no BA in them while running with Carnage.

Thanks

Woah! You look amazing!

I can understand the CNS fatigue, especially considering the pwo you've been using. Stim overload.
Check out BPS Adrenosurge, its designed to help with CNS fatigue and adrenal burnout.

Solid workout brother! I suck at back workouts but trying to get the core back stronger. lol I love the itching it pumps me up for some odd reason.

It pumps me up too except this is just too much I'm prob consuming something like 5g of BA haha.

Also an update on today.... I feel like crap, all run down and have a cold coming... Sadly I'm going to take the day off training tomorrow, might not even go to work.

In for this. Where have I been? Lol

Oh no!! Hope you get to feeling better!!

Thanks man... Hopefully only 1 day off at worst 2. Hate not training, plus it's harder to diet when Ill. In my head it doesn't seem logical to eat in a defecit when my body is trying to heal itself anyway.

It prob doesn't make much difference. But it's an excuse to eat over calories for a day :)

Do whatever you think will make you feel better. Get well.

So morning update... Actually feel 1000x better today, now it could be a combo of things like:

* No PWO
* No Gym
* The 12" pizza last night :)

Either way I feel almost refreshed... Going to try and do a lot of walking cardio today at work, still taking the MST supps though.

I'm sure taking somnidren last night would have helped as I would be in a deeper sleep, so better for recovery of CNS and my muscles :)

Let's hope yesterday's dinner won't set me back this week

EDIT: morning tricep shot... Considering I'm probably 4lb heavier with water retention, not looking too bad. (Taken at work)

EDIT EDIT: 2000th post :)

Thanks man... Let's hope with good sleep tonight I can have a solid session tomorrow :) still going to deload though and try not to take any excess caffeine... Except what's in shred and a few cups of tea.

Getting that horseshoe brother! Keep it up
