Drop sets?? Best for strength and mass?

Not IMO, but an option to mix up routines. I find R/P and PHAT or a hybrid approach of them to be far superior.
 
I've always had best results with PHAT for around 8 weeks then I'd switch it up. It is pretty taxing but if you're eating and sleeping well you'll be just fine
 
They're an intensifier that can be used as a tool for hypertrophy. Definitely not something that's really going to enhance strength directly.
