Update
Friday's updates that I forgot to include. Sorry, busy weekend.

I worked out three times on Friday! Had some extra time and never felt sore. Two four cap doses of Swoll-N. Moving up to 6 today for chest!

Early morning cardio
400M tempo run
20 Squats/20 pushups/20 sit ups
Repeat 4x

1.5 hours later
Legs day...light day to let legs heal from running
10x5 @ 135/205

Deep Squats 3 sets of 135 / 2 sets of 205
Front Squats 5x10@135
Leg Extensions 5x30 lighter weight (not sure)...Pump was nuts. **** actually hurt!
Stiff leg deads [email protected] to do light because back was still taxed

Quick workouts geared towards keeping my cardio up.

Not much of a pump on the shoulder workout...But it was a quick workout with low reps... That leg workout was great for pumps. Even had some vascularity in my inner quads...which I've never seen. I'm lean but genetically not very vascular.

with ya on that painful pumps, really gets the blood flowing. Got a little light headed with some pulldowns the other day on a nasty drop set

FML. Did sprints today after 4 caps of SWOLL-N. i felt like I injured myself. Doubled me over calf pumps and shin splints! Lol. I think it's a legit injury. Iced it...still uncomfortable as FCk!

And ya the cool thing with Swoll-N is the agmatine works quickly but then when you build up though nitrates it gets even better :) been feeling pumped all day

Sorry bout the injurry Big Man! I'm glad everyone is noticing, Swoll-n isn't designed to just give pumps its designed to get you lean and vascular while burning fat aswell.

For me I know after this injury I've decided I'm gunna get my bf down to 8% with a strict diet and lots of cardio and training with the help of swoll-n I should be looking like a freak ;)

I'm the same way. I'm hitting less than 75-100 carbs a day most of time about <75. Some days ill carb up if I'm running that day. But a carb up is like 150 lol. I notice a lot of bloat on carb days and I hate it. It's keeping me running low carbs and living on AI caffeine pills. With Swoll n I have only had a couple days of lil to no pump which is a lot of my workout isn't geared for big pumps.

Workout was slow. No energy. No pump until the leg extensions. I was super dehydrated compared to what I'm used to and exhausted. I am in charge of an event that is going on tomorrow. 150 people and 2-star general talking. I planned it all... So, stress, lack of sleep, lack of energy, worked on event all day, etc... a bad combo for success.

However, I did notice I still had endurance. And without taking anythign else, I can't contribute that to anything than more carbs than usual and Swoll-N.
 
Yes! The event I had to plan is over! Gym tomorrow! Killing delta and traps! Push press to infinity lol
 
Im in for this bro I can't wait to see your progress I think your current form isn't bad at all. You can add
some width and depth to your chest and some size to your biceps also. I think that your cycle will do you
well and you should see some great results. What type of cardio are you doing? I would suggest HIIT

Thanks. I had some good size on me until a poor pct and life took over. Then I decided to lean out and lost some size and strength because I had never cut before.

What cycle are you referring to? I won't cycle anything anymore. PHs are horrible for your body, I'm too young for test cycles, (IMO)... All natural now. My body responded horribly to epistane. I actually put more size on with Endosurge/erase/DAA!

Katanadrol 2.0 is furazadrol clone from mr supps. It's now banned too I think. I used Epi and kdrol and a bunk SERM from a company that was supposed to be reputable. MAN the POWER the have to do RESEARCH and SUPPLY us with bunk SERMs is ridiculous!

Anyways, I did shoulders today. I'll post update in the AM.
 
I'm a douche! I forgot to update the last three days. Lets just say I did a chest workout and six sets in I could not do a push up because the pump was that nasty. My buddy was talking smack so I gave him some before that workout. He is about 17% bf and still had veins popping. He said he has never seen veins in his forearms before this day!

Took six caps. Was hoping to get a mean pump. It didn't happen. I was fairly dehydrated... I did notice some nutty vacularity but the delt pump a lot of people talk about wasn't there...Get some legs in tomorrow hopefully.

Something noteable though... I took four caps and one scoop of the Jack3d... (which sucks for energy, IMO) Anyways... I took 4 caps and did 5 sets of 30 on leg extensions... I'm sitting at about 10.5% BF and I'm not a vascular dude, but I had veins popping in my legs.

There is no doubt that SWOLL-N is a legit, properly dosed product. Even though I took more than the recommended dose, I'm not a vascular dude and I've actually taken pump products (bulk agmatine) and not noticed Sh!t... But, I've definitely used this and noticed a lot of results. This isn't a BS review because it's sponsored. I've had days that I've had no pump...BUT those days were not workouts geared for a pump and one of them I hadn't drank nearly enough water to function, let alone workout... For what it's worth... I haven't had calf pumps since I was on Epistane... 4 caps of Swoll-N and sprints (45 mins after taking) and I'm on the ground crying from the pump. Literally thought it was an injury... It works.

Oh yeah, one more thing... That vein in my shoulder hasn't went away :)

Outstanding update! I love new veinage. The longer you continue to take swoll-n the more vascular and veiny you will be.
