Awesome man, I'm sure you'll love it. I just ran out of my Recover-D. Flew through it so I gotta get more :P

My favorite set up was
An hour before Recover-D (since I'm normally fasted when I lift)
20 minutes before swoll-n
5 minutes before Supp-D
Crazy intensity and pumps
 
Everyone's raved about the taste of Recover-D so I figured it might be a good way to curb my sweet tooth at night instead of a larger calorie snack. Also could be a good way to sneak in some protein while I'm at work toward the end of my day.

Definitely, Shane and I both indulge in a shake before night most days. I even mix it with eggs and microwave sometimes if I need something a bit more filling. Still haven't baked for real with it I am going to try to soon

I'd say it's worth it. One of the only effective pump products I've used.

Every D-bag in town does chest on Mondays... I normally don't but an extra rest day through my workout schedule off. So, we had to use DBs

DB Flat
5x5@80,90,90,100 (x10),100 ... Not a PR, but a PR for my weight I've dropped to. My workout partner and another buddy were talking smack saying I couldn't rep ten with 100s and some dude was creeping and watching like I couldn't get it...so I repped it for 11...all good reps, maybe the last 1 or 2 were slacking, but atleast 9 good reps.

DB Incline
5x5@70(8),80,90,90,90...bumped down to 70 because I thought I was getting tired...come to find out, my chest was just tight because I took six caps of Swoll-N. The pump made me think I was already done, normally when I start getting a tightness in my chest my strength goes down...not today, it was just a pump. Endurace was something to note too. I was pumping out set after set and not tiring out.

Decided to hit some biceps...

DB curls
4x6 @30

Preacher Curl Machine
3x8 @70

Pump was intense even at that small amount of sets. I'm scared to do 6 caps and a full arm workout. But, I said I would...so I will before the log is over.

Dudes, I underestimated how much Swoll-N was giving me a pump. I legs on Friday and Arms/Delts yesterday. Yeah, 1/2 the veins and 1/3 the pump. Yes, those are scientific estimates! :)

In all seriousness, I'm gonna hate running out of this stuff.

Oh yeah, and I found those veins that were missing last week. I left them in my bottle of NLA SWOLL-N. :P

Yeah, I've been fortunate enough to have good strength for my size. I can pull from the ground because I never did rack pulls. Didn't like the idea of rack pulls so I worked my way up from the ground... I have to use straps after 365 right now... Anymore, I lose grip.
 
I just like the squeeze better with rack pulls, keeps the tension where I love it and the lockout is phenomenal
