Driving me insane! Ground turkey nutrition info

Does anyone have the nutrition info for COOKED and DRAINED ground turkey?

I keep finding it the data for raw but I drain off most of the fat. I need to calculate my fat calories ASAP
 
Hope i can add some sanity to your life then. Heres a link from a site that has alot of good nutrition info for alot of obscure foods that i cant find other places.

Basically for 4oz, its 160 calories, 8g fat, 0g carbs, 22g protein.
 
i thought i was obsessive about dieting/working out, but i wish i was as obsessive as justreading. it is awesome. lol
