Just do legs again and then the day after would be tomorrow...lol
 
Man killed chest today. Some shoulder pain/impingement present. Did lots of grip variations and positions to try and find a happy medium. Incl bp pain was very noticeable even at the light weight tut I been running. But no pain until the very bottom of the movement doin incl bp in the smachine @ = weight. Some light pain on decline and flat bench. The combination of using a false grip and lifting my head off the pad and it's almost un-noticeable. A tried a few other things but those were the most noticeable differences. Any advice/opinions guys??

Well it's 5 am on a Saturday. Sleeping in woo woo. Fml. No lifting today. Depending on weather I might get out with the dog for some cardio. Other than that umma take it easy till Monday.

Only a handful of people with your "belly" can pull over 500lbs! I wouldn't sweat the extra few pounds you carry. You can recomp that over time.

Only got about 3 miles in. Started raining. A decent pace but still very much just walking. 30lb ruck on. I'd run but my dog absolutely refuses to run. At all
 
The crunch on the turkey bacon looks perfect. When it's not crunchy enough I don't care for it.
 
Gonna hit up my roller and some lax ball work. Then prep for tomorrow. Round of g8 , 1/2 scoop and some h2o. Hitting up change of pace to 5x5 tomorrow. Bright and early at 3am. Blah!!
